Excelente hospedagem num bairro muito tranquilo de Veneza, muito perto da estação Marcuola. As instalações são novas e muito bem conservadas, o quarto possui janelas anti ruído o que é muito conveniente em Veneza. Vale MUITO a pena incluir o café da manhã, muito bem servido e delicioso, trazem todos os dias no quarto no horário de nossa preferência. As meninas da recepção foram muito gentis e solicitas. Amamos e recomendamos muito a hospedagem.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The room was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel's location is excellent. The only problem for me was the strong musty smell due to the humidity. Unfortunately, something needs to be done about this. If you're staying for one night, it's fine, but if you stay longer, the smell can be bothersome, especially on the ground floors. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

The hotel only has rooms, no lobby, elevator or restaurant. Breakfast was ordered the night before and we had to eat it in our room. The staff were polite but the property was quite basic. Air conditioning was not allowed to be turned on due to city regulations. Check out is 10 am, normally it's 11 AM.
On the plus side, it was in a good location and very clean.

Overall, the hotel staff was A+ and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful.
The main issue we experienced was during the second night. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open to sleep, and unfortunately we were bitten by mosquitoes even while using the mosquito repellent device provided by the hotel.
In general, the room and space were small, but considering the price and the excellent location in Venice, I have to say the stay was still good overall.
