Gosto muito deste hotel. É a quarta vez em que me hospedo nele. O quarto em que ficamos está todo renovado, excelente . A equipe muito cordial. O café da manhã , excelente. Banho muito bom. E a localização é ótima!

The hotel is on a fairly large and safe street. The room was very quiet, facing inner yard and with soundproof windows, we booked a hypoallergenic room and it had a wood-like laminate floor that was spotless, comfy beds, and very efficient and quiet air conditioning. I had my best sleep in this trip. The breakfast had a really tasty smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, and of course a large selection of pastries. There are no usb ports for phone charging in the room but a very nice guy at the front desk found a converter to european plug for us. The only small challenge was that rooms have the actual keys rather than key cards. Might be a bit challenging for someone with arthritis but feels like a safer option for everyone else.

Very good location. Polite staff. Reasonable prices. Breakfast was abundant and inexpensive. Quiet bar area. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfy and we slept well. TV didn’t work.
Decor a little dated but overall we would go back.

Le premier contact à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, avec la personne affectée à l'accueil a été choquant. Mon épouse a été éconduite malgré la fiche de réservation car elle ne parlait pas italien ni anglais, cette personne ne parlant pas le français. J'étais garé en double file, situation très inconfortable. J'ai dû me présenter à l'accueil pour faire valoir mes droits à réservation. Cette personne était sans doute en apprentissage mais aurait due être encadrée. C'était le lundi 3 novembre vers 13h30.
Les bagagistes étaient très sympathiques, de même que le personnel du petit déjeuner.

Room a bit small but by not European standards. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet offered a moderate variety of items from fresh fruit to meats/cheeses. Hot items included eggs and bacon. Coffee was made to order, wonderful cappuccino. Good location and value.
