Room 202A: whoever will be in it next: you are welcome, we got hotel manager to sort out balcony doors that wont shut, blocked shower tray and thwy even replaced shower head that was faling apart. Dont get why these basic things werent checked before we moved in but hey ho, they are for making moneys not maintain facilities. So room: we had a 5 ppl double room. Excellent as we could sleep away from kids! Beds were singles, linen changed daily I believe, floors cleaned daily. Plenty of space in a room. Aircon was working and it was just great to have it all the time, as if left off room become 40* hot immediatelly. Toilet apart of issues with shower was OK. Towels replaced daily, cleaned daily. Breakfast: superb selection of buffet. Not to british liking thou. Scrambled eggs... well stick to hard boiled ones lol. Becon OK. Food was provided by industrial kitchen not by a chef. Mind that. Kids loved freshly baked croissaints and selection of fruit. Cake options available. Decent quality juice drink (with bits in). Coffe OK. Rolls always old and dry, good for block paving jobs. Staff very kind, whoever says otherwise must have demonstrated significant amount of disrespect and deserved to be treated in a way karma works. We had 3 kids. Myself and kids consumed during every brekfast approx 30 croissaints making absolute mess round us... no one said anything. We beeen polite, staff were extra polite despite language barrier. Highly recommended!!!

Gut gelegen mit einer schönen Poolanlage. Relativ schnell war Verona erreichbar. Leider viele Treppen in der Anlage daher umständlich mit Koffern usw. Rauf runter...

Le rapport qualité prix était excellent. En plus, il y avait la possibilité pour le même prix d'avoir accès à une très grande piscine

Funghetto della piscina che non esce l’acqua peccato perché l’unico gioco diciamo per bambini e cosa peggiore piscinetta per bambino inaccessibile ma la cosa più brutta è l’ascensore che non funziona, in vacanza portarmi le valige sulle scale è davvero pessimo

Ich kann diese Einrichtung wärmstens empfehlen. Nettes Personal, sauber, genug Platzmöglichkeit am Pool.

Breakfast was not good. Coffee from machine tasted horrible due to milk.

They have very nice breakfast and dinner, so that you have more choices. The room ist well occupied, even if the house somehow old. Big swimming pool, with well view. I can suggest the hotel to everyone. Thanks

Hotellet er noget slidt men fungerer fint. Maden var kedelig.

Vi bokade 3 bädds rum fick en xtra säng 👍 dock utan täcke. Frukost helt ok, övr svin dyr sk mat i baren bra pool men lite kall , ( fast e det 38 ute så fine... bra personal o service, fint läge, det du bör boka är rum m balkong m utsikt över pool området, bra parkering. Övr ett helt ok hotel.

Piscina con orari troppo ristrettivi, dalle 18 non si può più accedere. Cibo della colazione molto scadente. Personale gentile

L'hôtel était très bien dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h et qu'on l'apprend qu'une fois sur place (c'était indiqué nul part,ni sur le site ni lors de la réservation) malheureusement nous n'avons même pas pû en profiter

Fint hotel med venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Alt virker ok Hotellet ser lidt slidt ud Ikke meget for de mindste børn - ingen lejeområde og ingen børnepool Mad ok men bliver lidt kedelig da der ikke er variation i morgenmaden Der ligger nogle virkelig gode restauranter i kort gåafstand 200 og 300 meter derfra … de skal besøges

Certains commentaires sont étonnants. Nous étions dans l’aile sûrement rénovée (au dessus de la réception). Propre, confortable étaient les mots d’ordre… Petit déjeuner certes industriel mais tout à fait convenable… Piscine propre. Seul bémol l’état général de la façade et des couloirs

Slidt hotel, men venligt personale.

Personalet var ikke så venligt i reception eller bar. Generelt dårlig akustik på hele hotellet. Morgenmad var kedelig.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere Verona o le attrazioni di Gardaland se sei in famiglia. Camera delle giuste dimensioni ma carente dei servizi minimi e pulita molto grossolanamente. Assenti abajour o luci di cortesia e minibar. Il bagno, forse ristrutturato da poco, era privo di appositi sostegni per le asciugamano o i teli doccia. Lo specchio ancora fissato con lo scotch. Anche la doccia e il lavello erano privi di appoggi per i detergenti. Abbiamo richiesto una culla per la bimba appena arrivati. Per la prima sera ci hanno detto che non sarebbe stato possibile metterla perché mancava il personale di servizio. E il giorno dopo se ne sono dimanticati. Risultato: due notti senza culla. Per non parlare del servizio ristorante, scadente. Meglio la colazione, ma solo per la varietà delle pietanze offerte. Uniche due note positive: la cordialità del personale di servizio e la piscina. Non ci tornerei.

The location is great with the pool and restaurants and everything but clearly they don‘t do anything to keep it in shape especially the rooms

Nettes Hotel und alles gepflegt. Personal war nett und Hilfsbereit wenn man fragen hatte. Das Hotel ist ideal wenn man mit dem Auto da ist, den es nur ca. 15min nach Bardolino und ca 20min nach Verona. Man darf halt nur nicht Ansprüche haben wie an ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Bra poolområde. Lite tråkig frukost. Bra med parkerings möjlighet. Rummet väldigt enkelt, det hade kunnat finnas några galgar och krokar för att hänga kläder o handdukar, men annars rent.
