An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. No English on the menu. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. It appears to be a place for locals to go for special occasions. Overall a very nice experience.

Personnel bien mais l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos, ce n’est pas un hôtel dans un château, c’est juste un hôtel près d’un château, les photos sur expédia sont trompeuses. Chambres petites, pas de vue, petit déjeuner correct.

Service is excellent, a good-sized room.
There is no elevator, and all rooms are on the second floor. Very slippery ceramic stairs. The restaurant has no English version menu and workers are not capable of translating.
Food is not so good.

Gefallen hat mir die Umgebung, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zur Innenstadt.
Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass die letzte gründliche Reinigung wohl schon etwas her ist (Kühlschrank nicht sauber, das stoffbezogene Kopfteil des Bettes könnte mal gereinigt werden, Flecken an den Wänden, die Fenster waren von innen verschmiert, ...) und einige weitere Kleinigkeiten, die schöner hätten sein können.
In Summe: das Hotel ist in Ordnung, wer aber bewertungsgemäß 'wunderbar' erwartet, erst Recht, wer 'hervorragend' erwartet, wird definitiv enttäuscht sein.
