對坐長程巴士的旅客來說，地點很好，到Ortigia島有迷你巴士。櫃台人員服務親切，早餐質與量都令人滿意。清潔程度尚可。雖然是火車站附近，但是商業不發達，有些冷清。

Low cost with an Excellent location, just opposite to the train station. Also, You could go to visit catacombs, Castello and churches on foot. Just walk around 10-20 minutes. If you carry a heavy luggage, i highly recommended to choose this hotel since the rainy days of Siracusa could be very horrible. Companion with strong winds, You will be totally in wet even you go outside with your umbrella or rainclothes. After raining, you could find puddles of muddy water everywhere, so you better stay at a hotel whereas nearby the train station. Otherwise, you will slip easily when you go to or leave your hotel. Breakfast are basic. Croissants are tasteful with jams. Room equipments are basic too. But in winter, excellent location is everything due to all museums will be closed very early, especially the Castello closed at 13:00. Active and Helpful staffs will check your bookings every morning. They will know you made another reservation and ask for confirmation even you haven't noticed them yet. Your luggage will be kept at the back room of the reception, that mean only the reception could take your luggages instead of other guests. Lastly, they will allow you to use the staff toilet, so you could go outside for sightseeing after you enjoyed your breakfast instead of go back your room first.

Just opposite to the train station! No wifi.. Staff is nice. You can start breakfast at 6:45.

We arrived at lunchtime and weren’t allowed to check in yet, which is within their right. And then we were 4 but they said they couldn’t give us more than one key because previous guests had stolen them… and at the same time they make ZERO effort to replace the stolen ones. And you need a fob to enter the building at night, but apparently the spare ones had also been stolen by previous guests and they do nothing to replace them. My friends went to bed early, and I wasn’t able to get back into the hotel and wasn’t even able to sleep in the room I booked because of their ridiculous key situation… they need to implement a code system on the door, but I have little hope of that happening seeing how proactive they were…

Directly across from the train station and I didn’t hear anything. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. I wish that the bed was elevated about 8-10”. It was very comfortable but hard to get out of bed for an old man like myself!

Ho avuto problemi con il personale 2 volte in 2 giorni.. la prima volta appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto una cifra superiore di quella che su Expedia c'era scritto di dover pagare, gliel'ho fatto notare e mi hanno addirittura ringraziato che gliel'ho detto; la seconda volta quando ho chiesto se si potesse avere un piccolo rimborso dato che abbiamo deciso di andare via un giorno prima e la stanza era pulita, eravamo appena tornati e siamo entrati solo per fare la valigia e andarcene, mi é stato risposto di no perché a quell'ora non avrebbero trovato un altra persona per recuperare le spese (giustissimo), in quel momento un signore è entrato a chiedere una camera e l'hanno mandato via, io ho proposto a entrambi per la mia camera dato che me ne stavo andando e questo signore era pure d'accordo ma quello dell'hotel non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Riguardo la camera qualche piccolissimo difettuccio ma era più che buona

Great hotel, location is walkable to city centre, and free parking just outside. Reception is very friendly and helpful rooms clean, quiet. No faults I could see. Would stay here again.

What a disappointment! What a disgust! I wonder how come they are still open and operating. Marco and Manuela, amazing customer service. I feel they could work for a real hotel, and not this DUMP! Do not get me wrong: I know that pictures online depict the latest renewed room, but what it was given to us was the most disgusting accommodation! Even came with broken window for FREE BLOOD THIRSTY MOSQUITO & FREE MOLD in bedroom: see pictures and see if this is to anyone standard!
