It is facing a super market and a Chinese restaurant, and close to rail station, very convenient

Very convenient to the railway station, a few mins walk. Only 10 mins walk to attractions. The hotel was clean and modern inside. Or room want ready when we arrived but everyone else's room seemed ready. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to the train strike but didn't get any compensation. The breakfast was good.

Close to the train station, so super convenient. Also a lot of nearby restaurants and stores which is great. We were always greeted with smiles from the staff. The only negative thing was that the walls were pretty thin so you could hear everything from the city streets to the room next to you.

The temperature in Italy is very hot right now and the room's A/C doesn't have enough capacity to cool it down, however after a review they offered us a table fan which helped a lot. Extra point: they have a refrigerator in the rooms, which is really appreciated. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, there are many good places to eat nearby and the main attractions are also very close, we did everything on foot.

Very conveniently located near to central station. Staff lovely and helpful. Big, clean and comfortable room and nice breakfast. Air conditioning worked well

Good location for the station and walking distance to attractions. Bathroom and shower were tiny and difficult to use for two taller and above average size adults. Bidet’s take up too much of the bathroom space.

Nice stay for people, location and flexibility / proactivity. Maybe not really value for money, but it's in Florence downtown and plenty of tourists during the period of my stay.

Staff very helpful and responsive AC remote was not working but quickly resolved Safe also not working but did not effect our stay Location was wonderful and restaurant recommendations were very good
