Very rude staff they didn’t cooperate with us even arriving with my 11 years old at 2am, she gave us hard time because he was not on the reservation we only use the room for less than 4 hours.

La literie pourrait être amélioré. Mais sinon chambre est très propre et la suite très insonorisée. Séjour agréable en famille. Nous avions une suite avec accès direct au parking. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié :)

We had bedbugs. Receptionist didn’t understand when we tried to tell him about it.
They did not ask how our stay was, or offered if we need a taxi or help with public transportation.

The hotel was close to transport links, and the hotel itself was quite nice, most of the staff were lovely however some came across as quite blunt, and uninterested, compared to treatment we saw with those from Italy. The dinner food at the hotel was disappointing however the breakfasts were lovely and the wine was amazing. Our hotel room was nice however the extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom, and the door of the bathroom had a broken latch meaning individual privacy was a bit of an issue
