The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface.
Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The front desk service was very good but the food and restaurant service was okay. The location is inconvenient but an easy train ride into the main city. Overall I enjoyed it, but because of location would not choose it again.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Located in a residential area and not much to do around the area (shopping, site seeing). Nearest train station is about 10 minutes walk but felt safe walking to and from the hotel

It was not a good experience. There was a lot black mold around the bathtub and there were corners in the bathroom that were not properly cleaned.
The rooms are also not soundproof so my friend and I could hear a couple ‘doing the deed’. It was uncomfortable.
The only good thing I will say is that the staff at the reception were helpful.

Hot, no air condition, no fan, no mugs, no tea coffee, no kettle, smoke smell in room, nothing around, unhelpful staff, stingy and cheap, paid 14 euros as tax for 4 star property but not worth even 1 star. Dirty exteriors.
Big rooms, clean sheets, working lifts, towels.

The staff were lovely on arrival, we did have to pay £12 a night for parking which we didn't see till arriving. Our first room was horrendous- unclean, broken cupboards, flies flying out of the toilet. Nothing like the pictures. Spoke to front desk, they were so nice and moved us to a nicer better room. 100% better. Hotel itself feels like it needs a lot of repairs, things feel a bit sad. Staff made it better 10x. Hotel outside is grey even though there is photos of it being purple which shows it's very old photos used.

Not a bad place to stay, a little way out from everything. As for the staff, not so friendly or helpful.
The breakfast dining room manager needs to be mindful of where and when to talk to staff about anything.
The Airconditioning system wasn’t working and the young lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful.

Unfortunately a big difference from the last time we stayed (2 years ago) the rooms are looking tired with wear and tear and mismatch furniture. Previously was able to make a hot beverage in the lobby area but now you can only get hot water. The pillows, towels etc are expected to be good quality for an enjoyable stay experience but unfortunately these were lacking too. Just needs attention to detail. Location is good near the local subway. Not the 4⭐️it says unfortunately

Das Hotel an sich ist Sauber und Günstig. Eine S-Bahn fährt direkt neben dem Hotel, somit ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist jedoch etwas gruselig.
