Staff was to noise, we could sleep well, you can heard staff talking loud from our room. Bathroom smell like urine, shower bad condition .

Bathroom horrendous. Clean sheets and towels. Staff helpful.

Clean place, friendly and helpful staff. Wish they had elevators.

The front desk staff were great, but the room wasn’t clean, the bathroom looks totally different than the photos and unfortunately we found a bed bug in our bed. We couldn’t even sleep, it was our last night at the hotel. Although we only found one bug, we felt uncomfortable and we are afraid we’ll have to deal with laundry and drying all of our clothes and bags mid trip. Wish I could get a partial refund, as we couldn’t sleep during our last night there.

Good location to several sites. Must carry luggage up a few flight of stairs. Staff friendly, but Housekeeping was terrible. Forgot to restock our room with soap and TP. Dusty ledges and tile that haven't been cleaned in a while. Room needs a good cleaning.

Hotel property condition is quite old but staff is super helpful. Room size is also good.

Ved første møde ser man at hotellet er ældre og noget slidt. Værelset var uden nogen særlig hygge, men alligevel havde vi et godt ophold. Der blev gjort pænt rent og personalet var rigtig søde

If you like toilet seats with tape, pillow cases with cigarette holes in them and lack of proper lock, then you must stay at this hotel!

Noisy due to next door sound and door closing sound. Terrible in shower area.

Viajé con mi familia, al llegar me llevé una desagradable sorpresa, el hotel no se parecía en nada a las imágenes compartidas, estaba en deplorables condiciones, los servicios eran nefastos, y encontramos heces de rata en el baño un día al llegar a casa, francamente no me hospedaría acá nunca más en mi vida, ni siquiera hay alguien para apoyarte y en mi última noche los dueños (o recepcionistas) se pusieron a discutir a gritos lo cual incrementó la incomodidad de este lugar. jamás volveré y espero que nadie experimente algo similar.

This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. They also had vending machines. For the price of these rooms, the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The hotel had been upgrading the bathrooms, which were more modern. When we needed a cab, we used the hotel to call us one, they came within a few minutes. We stayed here for four days, it was a great visit.

Nice staff. I think their were stairs

The staff are friendly. Area is close to nice places. Breakfast is nice. The only thing i didn't like was having to go up the stairs (4th floor) to the reception and room

Quarto grande e arejado, além de banheiro bom e espaçoso. Prepare para subir 2 andares de escada com suas malas e pertences, não espere ajuda alguma dos colaboradores para isto. Local bem central.
