Great parking on property and the staff is incredibly helpful with whatever is needed. Only downside was my room was in a weird spot where i have to take stairs to get to the elevator which resulted in myself carrying all luggage out of the room up a flight of stairs. Short walk to centre and a great location across from a beautiful park.

Absolutely loved this hotel during our road trip across Europe . It gets my top marks for customer service and friendliness. The hotel as its name implies is luxurious and classy and its staff super attentive . We opted for dinner and cocktails and these were lovely as was breakfast the next day . I would go out of my way to come back to this hotel as it is really special .

Das Hotel de la Ville in Monza ist für mich ein absolutes Highlight und ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie Gastfreundschaft gelebt werden sollte. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre – klassisch, elegant und gleichzeitig unglaublich einladend. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt gegenüber dem königlichen Park und nur wenige Schritte ins Zentrum, perfekt also sowohl für Spaziergänge als auch für einen Stadtbummel. Der Service verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob. Das Team ist nicht nur professionell, sondern denkt aktiv mit, erkennt Wünsche oft schon, bevor man sie äußert, und vermittelt dabei stets das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Diese Mischung aus Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und absoluter Professionalität ist selten und macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Auch das Ambiente im Hotel ist bemerkenswert. Alles ist hochwertig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, und strahlt den besonderen Charme eines Hauses mit Geschichte aus, ohne dabei altbacken zu wirken. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, elegant eingerichtet und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein – man merkt sofort, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Kurz gesagt: Das Hotel de la Ville in Monza ist ein Ort, an dem man sich nicht nur wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein geschätzter Freund fühlt. Exzellenter Service, eine traumhafte Lage und ein Ambiente, das Luxus und Herzlichkeit perfekt verbindet. Für mich ein Hotel, das Maßstäbe setzt und das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Service und sehrbsufmerksamen Personal. Sehr stilvoll, antique Einrichtung und moderne Technik sind perfekt kombiniert, gute Parkplätze inkl. 2 E-Ladesäulen, Frühstücksraum im Wintergarten, sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Hotelzimmer mit Fotos vom Monza Circuit und von Rennfahrern, großes Badezimmer, sehr gut regelbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Lage gleich neben der Villa Reale und am Monza Park, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The rose garden theater area was nice to walk around. The hotel was really pretty.

Tivemos um problema no check in. Chegamos às 9:30pm, e o atendente não autorizou que sentássemos no restaurante e nem que pedisse algum room service. Após um dia de viagem tivemos que ir na rua procurar algo para comer. Um completo absurdo. A justificativa era que a cozinha fecharia as 10pm. Nem um sanduíche ou algum macarrão poderia fazer. Eu com a esposa e duas crianças com fome. Fico sempre nos hotéis da Leading e eventualmente quando não tem na rede do SLH. Isto não existe em lugar nenhum do mundo. Um completo absurdo.

Sehr schönes altes Hotel mit super Service und Frühstück.

Hôtel original. Personnel super sympathique autant à l’hôtel qu’au restaurant. Chambre confortable calme et spacieuse. Très bonne literie. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, varié avec des produits frais.

Quartos e banheiros muito limpos. Quartos da ala nova são mais espaçosos do que o prédio principal. O restaurante não têm opções de pratos vegetarianos. De um modo geral uma boa escolha pra estar em Monza.
