Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe beim Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella. Also perfekter Zugang vom Flughafen und auch Zugang in wenigen Minuten zur Mitte der Stadt. Der Herr am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das Zimmer wird wird sehr rasch gereinigt & es hat alles was man braucht. Top für einen Städtetrip durch Florenz.

Great location: you can walk to everything. Older hotel, but still a great deal for the money and location.The staff was friendly and helpful. They contacted me ahead of time to confirm my arrival. Housekeeping was excellent. I definitely recommend.

En general todo fue una muy buena experiencia. El personal es muy amable y procuraban explicarme todo perfectamente en español (gracias por eso!). También hay muchos sitios donde comer, tomar café, un trago o salir a explorar. Todo queda accesible para caminar y la zona es segura.
Lo único que sugiero como extra, es no realizar limpieza en las habitaciones sin aviso previo. Fue muy raro salir a pasear y al regresar encontrar las cosas en otro sitio diferente que donde yo las puse. Nada extraordinario ni causó problema, pero me hubiese gustado estar enterada de que se haría.
Si vuelvo a Florencia, vuelvo a Deco. Gracias!

Very standard, inexpensive hotel / guest house. Good location. Needs renovation, some areas are old. No kettle provided, bathroom size is big, but the shower cabinet is so small that you can't really move around.

Personnel tres gentil..mais je deconseille pour un sejour en famille.. chambre reservee pour un sejour avec un enfant .aucun lit supp ..mais par contre il propose un service de chauffeur pour le parking qui est tres pratique ..

Grossest hotel Ive ever stayed in.. room stunk like cigarettes, bathroom smelled like sewer gas, wall paper peeling off the walls, mold in the bathroom, our door lock didnt work! Mattress had black spots on it and made a loud squeaking noise every time we moved. Service at front desk was very nice but based on the disgusting room alone, I would not recommend.

En general todo fue una muy buena experiencia. El personal es muy amable y procuraban explicarme todo perfectamente en español (gracias por eso!). También hay muchos sitios donde comer, tomar café, un trago o salir a explorar. Todo queda accesible para caminar y la zona es segura.
Lo único que sugiero como extra, es no realizar limpieza en las habitaciones sin aviso previo. Fue muy raro salir a pasear y al regresar encontrar las cosas en otro sitio diferente que donde yo las puse. Nada extraordinario ni causó problema, pero me hubiese gustado estar enterada de que se haría.
Si vuelvo a Florencia, vuelvo a Deco. Gracias!

Our mattress was so old you could feel the coils and then I realized one was stabbing me on the back through a
Hole in the mattress!!!! Can’t believe they change the beds each day and do not replace it. Photos are not what you see online. Very messy and dirty. They slapped wallpaper up for a renovation. Do not recommend glad we only had two nights there.

Great location. Room was decent value for the rate. Clean. Some interesting design decisions - including the placement of a bidet in the very limited space between the toilet and the sink...precluding the ability to stand in front of either.

The pictures on the website are not comparable to the actual staff of the hotel. Hotel is old and not clean. The wallpaper is falling from the walls. The location is excellent and the staff was very good.

So easy. The location is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.
