整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。 但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。 早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。 我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。

在火車站附近，很方便。唯一是非常吵，火車聲音大。

個別員工態度較好，個別較差，門口梯級搬動大件行李不便，房間比想像中寬敞，交通很方便

服務人員親切、友善，交通方便，免費升等房間，更加舒適，雖然早餐選擇不多樣，不過也夠吃很飽，很願意再次到訪

Good location, staff are helpful, breakfast is no good at all, no kettle inside room.

非常近火車站，附近有自助洗衣店正合長途自遊客洗衫。方便，但服務則一般，全自助。寄存行李亦是自存自取。

非常近火車站，步行十分鐘內便到。 步行往百花聖母大教堂也只需數分鐘。 工作人員服務態度熱誠有禮，房間整潔，有露台可小憇，值得推薦。

It is very close to the Florence Main Station and the old town. It talks only 15 minutes walk to the church and famous scenerie. The room is clean,brightly with bacony. I will come back to this hotel on the next trip to Florence.

整體無不錯，但為一覺得不好的就是寄存行李，沒有人登記及看管，前台告知你在前台附近洗手間再入一點有一個房間放行李的入面有cctv，但沒有人看守，我們回來拿行李也不用找前台直接去拿走，感覺行李不安全，你是可以拿走別人行李走人的，所以有貴重東西又想寄存行李，我不建議住，但整體早餐，清潔及床舒適

Des fourmis dans la chambre. Puis des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain qui nous obligent à changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Dans la nouvelle chambre, la chasse d'eau ne marche pas ? Il y a sans doute un problème d'entretien

The location was excellent,just across the street from the train station and only a short walk to the city center. The breakfast service was good and the cleaning was well done too. The only downside we experienced was with the water and sewage. Every time the upstairs room used their washroom, we could hear the water running loudly through the pipes, which often woke us up at night. On top of that, the sewage smell was very strong and left our room with an unpleasant odor. Other than this issue, we were happy with everything else.

Hotel na media, atendeu bem as necessidades, mas nada de luxar, e tem uma localização boa numa regiao mais acessivel de preços, por que Florença em si eh muito cara.

If you enjoy sleeping.. this isn’t the place. Got the apartment and there was pretty much no space at all in it and very crammed together. Metro was right outside so it was incredibly noisy all night long. Check in staff was nice but check out wasn’t the most pleasurable.

Basic hotel, very close to train station. Convenient to walk every where. Fast check in and out. Enormous breakfast.

Personale super cordiale e sempre disponibile. Buona colazione a buffet, abbastanza completa e ricca. Bella vista sulla cupola di Brunelleschi.
