德梅特拉卡皮托利那酒店

這裡離車站很近，對面有華人超市。房間是由Italianway統一管理。取得鑰匙要在下火車後搭手扶梯下一層樓，尋找「Italianway apartments」，它在Segafredo 咖啡店和Vodafone電信公司的中間。取得鑰匙後再下一層樓，右手的出口直走出去，對面的街道走五分鐘就到了。怕熱的人夏天若要入住，比較不建議，因為冷氣是落地的，不太能吹到整體的房間。電梯是感應式對準感應器電梯就會下來。

近火車站,但房間沒有冷氣!

沒有免費上網~房間小了些~隔音不佳~離火車站很近~旁邊很多吃的店家很方便~是可以在入住的飯店~

不知道為什麼在房間裡使用吹風機就會跳電呀，有點麻煩

Old decroation , bad toilet with no shower box. No air conditioning, only a small fan placed in the room. My room faces the tram rail side and underneath is restaurant, it is noisy at night. There are insects in the room and overall the environment is bad. The price is too high for such bad hotel.

not a good experience and I really dislike the so called bathroom. anyway, the only one good reason to stay there is that the place is close to the train station.

Tous les transports à proximité, très pratique, grande proximité du centre ville et des principales attractions. Très bien situé. Quartier dynamique , nombreux restaurants, mais chambre non insonorisée très bruyante donnant sur la rue mais également du côté du couloir. Literir inconfortable, mais chambre propre. Bien pour court séjour.

The check in was good but the front desk person from the afternoon was very rude. He laughed at me when I asked him a question and didn’t even answer my question. The room was good but it needs AC it would be better if it would have one.

Ótima localização, serviço de quarto, toalhas limpas, roupa de cama cheirosa. Ótimo custo benefício. Com certeza voltarei, talvez apenas mudaria para a opção com banheiro privativo, mas a opção de banheiro compartilhado não deixa a desejar tendo em vista que a maioria dos quartos do hotel são com banheiros privativos, portanto o compartilhado não é utilizado por muitas pessoas.

Stuttura un po vecchiotta ma francamente funzionale per lavoro e per chi arriva tarde a Termini. Ben collegata trenibe metro Termini. Grande offerta poco fuori per pranzo e cena.

The worst place you can go at Rome. Rooms are dirty, bathroom disgusting, used towells, all is very antique. Not at all recommended. We had to leave the first night, and they weren't diligent even though we had already paid a week in advance. The elevator wasn't working, and they gave us a 4th floor room. We were with two babies. Very poor treatment italian and indian staff. The worst experience.

Very friendly, cool elevator, relatively inexpensive.

Batiment un peu viellot dans son ensemble. L'espace de la chambre est très agréable, mais salle de bain est trop petite et surtout mal agencée. À regretter le manque de gel douche en chambre, qui aurait plus agréable pour prendre une douche que le tout petit savon. Les chambres sont aussi beaucoup trop chauffée pour la période de l'année (mi Mars). Dernier point négatif il est dommage de devoir rendre la clé à chaque sortie de l'hôtel. et qui est rendue juste sur le numéro de chambre donné. En revance l'hôtel est très bien situé : à proximité de la gare Roma Termini qui fait le lien avec beaucoup de lignes de metro et bus vers les attraction principales de la ville. Et dernier point positif important : le personnel est très agréable et propose généreusement son aide pour une première visite à Rome, ce qui est très agréable et que j'applaudis.

Podrían mejorar las camas, ya que están muy viejas. Se compensa con el buen servicio y la ubicación cerca de Termini

Ho trovato ciuffi di polvere sul pavimento e c'erano delle grosse crepe sul soffitto, l'acqua calda della doccia usciva con poco flusso e ci metteva molto a scaldarsi.
