非常好的住宿體驗

地理位置十分好，从火车站走几分钟就到了。该酒店服务比较温馨，除了7-10点的早餐时间外，全天提供自助式茶点，check-out后，和其他酒店一样，可以寄存行李，取行李时，可使用咖啡机和茶点以及酒店的卫生间。

飯店離車站很方便，飯店有提供拉門式電梯，是一個很新鮮的體驗，服務人員很友善，客房清潔與舒適度都不錯，有提供免費無線網路，可惜一點的隔音比較差一些，但沒有影響到我的睡眠。

近火車車站，房間比較寬敝，干淨有露臺，洗手間乾淨，床褥較舊太軟，不太舒服。

離火車站5分鐘路程的橫街中，沒有太明顯的招牌，所以較難找到，要以街號來找尋。 接待員有禮並熱心幫助。房間裝修較舊，最差的是床被的色調和花紋，更顯得床被好像用了廿幾三十年般。 洗手間非常整潔，美中不足是吹風筒的喉管破了幾個洞，所以出風不足。幸好可向前台另借電風筒。 免費的Wifi，而且有豐富的自助早餐可以說為酒店挽回不少分數。

Equipe atenciosa. Bom café da manhã, embora simples. Quarto confortável, mas o colchão já está muito mole.

The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful 😃 This is a traditional style Italian hotel, a little dated, but full of charm. Loved it 😁.

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem e perto de todos os pontos turísticos. Quarto grande, muito limpo e roupa de cama muito confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente atendimento, com destaque para a Asha, muito simpática e atenciosa com os hóspedes. Minha nota para o hotel é DEZ. Voltaria com certeza.

Cercano al centro, bien comunicado con aeropuerto y centro. Amabilidad personal. Limpieza.

The location is good, close to the train station and not far from the main points of interest. The staff is great. Breakfast was ok, although limited. The property condition was under our expectations. The room that we were assigned (for three people) was ok, but the washroom was tiny and the distribution was very inconvenient. The room did not have a place to connect the Europe to North America plug adaptor, except for one in the washroom where there was zero space to put the phones, etc. Overall not a good value for money and way under our expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. We areived before the check in time and were able to store luggage in the hotel. Walking distance to all the attractions and dining.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage, saubere und charmante Zimmer. Optimal für einen Städtetrip!

Ok for the budget

very nice hotel at a great location

Le problème principal est que l'annonce semble dire qu'un parking intérieur est disponible. Ceci n'est pas vrai. La solution proposée est un parking payant a plus de 12min à pied ou un service de voiturier à 32€. Nous avons été très déçu.
