Super lokalizacja- wszędzie blisko. Przy ulicy duży hałas, ale nam to zbytnio nie przeszkadzało. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój czysty wystarczająco wyposażony. Kabinie prysznicowej przydałby się mały remoncik.

The staff was so helpful. Rebecca made travel plans for us and was extremely helpful. Paulo was extremely helpful on the weekend. He made arrangements for us and took good care of our luggage and us!! I appreciate both of them and their help.

I liked that it was close to the train station, lots of great restaurants and good shopping. The hotel was great I just didn’t care for the shower, it wasn’t big enough, staff was excellent.

Good area, not as busy as other areas yet walkable.

My first room smell like cigarette smoke. Luckily, I was able to be moved to another room. The beds are firm they provide you a sheet and a light blanket for the top and only two pillows. The area around is very convenient. Lots of things to do nearby and easy to get to the sites if you prefer a more comfortable bed or a plush bed then this is not where you wanna stay. Front desk staff is friendly. There is a AC and fan in the room. It is also a little bit loud since it’s in a popular area.

Lo recomiendo totalmente, la mejor ubicacion, se puede caminar a todos lados, los alrededores son hermosos, tiene muchos restaurantes, el hotel super limpio y el staff excepcional, especialmente Mario. Tiene elevador, la habitación impecable y espaciosa, excelente vista, 5 minutos caminando a la Fontana di Trevi, y en general cerca de las mayores atracciones

The staff is helpful & friendly, and the location is convenient. Room 11 is quiet and cosy, with a high ceiling and a fan, air conditioning, 3 beds, and a view on the Piazza del Viminale with shutters that can keep the room dark if you need to.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all attractions in Rome. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us all the information we needed to get the most out of our trip and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. . Hotel was clean and room was cleaned daily. Would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful stay in Rome.

Excellent location in the heart of Rome

Hotel in the heart of Rome. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. Rebecca was very helpful in arranging transportation from and to airport as well as to the port. I would recommend this hotel.

When I contacted them because the breaker tripped after using the hair dryer, they immediately came to fix it despite it being late at night. The staff were incredibly kind, and I was really grateful for their help.
