浴室浴缸漏水向酒店提出一直沒有解決，住了四晚床單一直沒被換過。酒店員工服務態度是好的，幫助訂出租車還是很負責的。

Loved this place, breakfast delightful, location was perfect. Didn’t like not having a window; price should have been adjusted.

Although the hotel is not the fanciest hotel in the area, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was a wonderful. Room was small but cleaned everyday. The location is closed to the main square with great restaurants, great shopping, close to taxi stand, train and buses.

Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk). The hotel is clean, safe and it has a good breakfast, the receptionists are nice and helpful. Totally recommend it.

Very nice stay, great service and staff. Excellent location

The location for this super clean hotel is perfect. Everywhere you wish to visit is easy to access. The air conditioning is awesome and the bed is very comfortable. The gardens and pool area is also beautiful. We feel though it's only right to offer the negatives too, so others can make an informed decision. Our room was very small and pokey and the view wasn't at all good. The breakfast in our opinion was extremely poor quality. I don't know where they get the milk from but it was like coloured water, with no taste at all. This meant no cereal for us. The bread and rolls always felt dry and stale. The boiled eggs and the scrambled were always cold as was the bacon. However if you choose to eat cake for breakfast then you could eat till your tummy was full as there was always a big selection. Most days I left hungry as the selection was so poor for a decent breakfast. For the price of the room we didn't feel it offered good value, however we appreciate that staying in Sorrento isn't cheap. Be careful when ordering a medium beer as it's massive and costs €10. Not everyone expects such a large pint of beer when ordering. By the time you've drank half it's already getting warm. The hotel has a super lazy but friendly cat. He is gorgeous. Might not suit people with allergies, but I guess easy enough to avoid. All things considered though, we would stay again but try to book a better room.

The staff were so kind and helped with airport transfer and recommendations. The location is FANTASTIC! The main road and ferry port were so close. We stayed for 3 nights, with a plan to be out most of the time. We therefore did not have meals or swim at the hotel. I would stay this a great 3 star hotel and great for a short stay.

Great place to stay, close to the centre of Sorrento. A bit of a walk to the nearest beach but a nice pool on-site.

The staff were absolutely fantastic - each member was friendly, helpful, and made our stay a wonferful experience!

It was a short stay but very nice, staff was polite, room was clean and well kept.

Muy atentos limpia las habitaciones

Ble desverre skuffet over denne plassen utenom beliggenheten som var helt fantastisk og rett ut til sentrum. Rommet var greit nok, utenom kloakk lukten som kom fra badet kver dag. Savnet dyner da det ble kaldt på natten, var kun ett tynt laken. Frokosten var det lite og dårlig utvalg av, varm mat var kaldt, dårlig med nytt påfyll. De flotte bildene med bassenget samsvarte dessverre ikkje med virkeligheten, som vi egentlig hadde tenkte og benytte osse av.

The staff was super friendly, very helpful. The location is perfect, walkable to main shopping and food. Will stay here again!!!!!

i booked double bed and they gave me single bed , room was so hot there’s no fridge for your drinks , room literally had small window kinda like jail
