Great facilities and perfect location.

Comfortable room. A fabulous breakfast selection and a lovely breakfast room.

Perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms. Only disappointment was when we arrived our room wasn’t ready which is absolutely as expected as we arrived early. Left our bags to go and look around town and came back later to check in. In this time our room has been given to someone else. We were allocated a different room but had to move back to our reserved room after 2 nights which was a bit of a pain. Once moved to the new allocated room, the clothes hangers just fell to the bottom of the wardrobe as were completely worn out, and to use the kettle I had to stand and hold the plug into the wall to keep it turned on. All that said, we still had a lovely time here.

Great location for a stay in Sirmione. Almost all staff were polite, helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was included and perfect for what we needed.reception organised a taxi back to Verona airport for us. Highly recommend this hotel

Veldig sentralt hotell med vennlig personalet. Frokosten var også veldig bra.

Loved the area close to the pier to be able to get to other towns on the lake. Fantastic friendly staff made the stay unforgettable.

Great location in the centre of the old town on the lakeside next to the ferry stop. Noise not a problem. Good Italian style breakfast buffet Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

Location, staff, comfort exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic hotel in an excellent position in Sirmione for restaurants and cafes. Very convenient for the ferry dock to explore the lakes but no noise issue causing a disturbance. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful giving a personal feel from when we checked in until we left. Thank you for a wonderful time

Beautiful place, simple hotel.

Great location and fabulous restaurants close by. The staff were so accommodating and we can definitely recommend the sunset boat trip. Can’t wait to return.

A great choice by me. The hotel was right on the lakeside. The staff where very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They even turned the bedding down for you in the evening. Overall for me a brilliant hotel to stay at. I would recommend this hotel to my friends to stay.

1박당 호텔 결제 비용이 50만원이 넘는 4성급 호텔이라고 해서 기대를 갖고 ,이용을 했는데, 4성급이 아니고,3성급 같고, 에어컨은 온도 조절기도 없었으며, 밖에 날씨가 33도가 넘는데, 방에어컨에서 시원한 바람이 나오지 않았고, 낡은 에어컨의 큰 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 옷장 문은 너무 뻑뻑해서 잘 열리지도 않고, 쇼파는 너무 낡았습니다.도착하는날 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 계단으로 이용했구요. 호텔직원은 리셥션과 청소하는 직원만 친절했고, 아침 식사 할때 서빙하는 한 직원은 기본이 안되고 참 불칠절 했습니다. 호텔아침에는 전날 먹다 남은 석청을 다음날 내 놓았으며, 마땅히 먹을것이 없어 접시에 과일이나 먹으려고 많이 담았더니, 서빙하는 직원이 와서 과일을 식당 밖으로 가져 가지 말라고 해서 참 어이없고 불쾌했습니다. 호텔 체크 아웃을 오전 9시에 했는데, 8시30분 부터 에어컨을 껐더군요.이탈리아 여행만 5번째 여기 호텔 같이 아침 부페 식당 직원부터 여러가지 실망스런 호텔은 처음 경험 했습니다.이 호텔은 시르미오네 구시가지에 있어 위치만 좋을 뿐 입니다.

Kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta oli erinomainen, mukava ja auttavainen. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta lämmintä ruokaa olisi voinut olla enemmän. Huone perustasoinen hyvä ja siisti. Kiva parveke järvelle, jossa isot kalat loikkivat ja lautat kulkivat. Sirmionen kollikissaan pääsi myös tutustumaan aurinkotuoleilla. Ympäristö hurmaava. Hyvä paikka kokonaisuudessaan.

firstly excellent staff who go over and above to ensure you have a memorable stay. this goes from front of house , bar and all maintenance employees. rooms are clean and well maintained as well as value for money. location is well appointed and convienient for ferry and town. have no hesitation in recommending and would be our first choice if we return to sirmione first class in every aspect

We had a great time at Hotel Eden. Very well located and had everything we needed. The reception, bar staff and our cleaner Fernanda were great. The only slight negative was the breakfast service which was a little tardy at times. Overall it was a great stay.
