arrived at your hotel at 22:00 and was extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to change rooms despite the following serious issues: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity. The blankets also smelled very bad and felt unclean. The hairdryer was damaged and had a hole in it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a 4-star hotel. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. I

Would not reccomend this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night before our campsite reservation was ready. Check in was very poor with little or no info given. We were told we would have to pay extra for a travel cot despite requesting one before booking & providing children's exact ages in advance. We were given free water park tickets to use for the facility across the road but it was closed. Check out staff were equally as unhelpful - only holding 2 of our bags whilst we visited the water park - that was open the next day. No other facilities around the area. Hotel was a ghost town in the afternoon & evening with no one to serve drinks. Breakfast was the saving grace - lots of variety.

Everything was mostly fine, but the building is old. There were three giant cracks in the plastic sink in the room, that they clearly have no intention of fixing. The stairs from the garage were roped off cause a spotlight was hanging loose from the broken ceiling. Good breakfast, everything else was clean, staff was nice.

A bit out of the way of the lake garda crowds but within distance to do everything around the lake and he back to enjoy the hotel.

Viaggio di relax con amiche per un weekend nella vicinissima Bardolino. A parte un piccolo disguido con la prenotazione, risolto immediatamente direi bene. Ecco forse la considero un 4 stelle per una serie di cose, il bagno in camera non aveva finestra e la ventola non funzionava e c'era perciò un po' di odore di risalita dagli scarichi. La colazione continentale nella media, ma mancava un servizio bar. Erano disponibili solo i dispenser. Siamo rimaste solo una notte quindi tutto sommato bene.

Tutto più che positivo. Stanze spaziose e letto comodissimo. Il parcheggio è enorme, coperto e gratuito.

På genomresa så vi kom sent på kvällen och åkte tidigt på morgonen. Lätt att parkera kostnadsfritt bilen i garaget. Lite hårda sängar men fräscht rum. Frukosten serverades kl 7.30 men då vi checkade ut redan kl 6 var de snälla och bjöd in oss på frukost precis innan vi skulle åka, mycket bra!

la struttura è grande, ha un bel garage, alcuni ritocchi sarebbero da fare ma è pulito ed il personale fantastico

Confortevole è ottima posizione. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Hotel top, lugar p estacionar gratuito, coberto, café da manhã espetacular, quarto aconchegante, sacada com vista pro jardim e montanhas, banheiro ótimo, se passar novamente por perto, com certeza ficarei de novo.
