The hotel staffs have provided top quality services with a smile on their face. It made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant.
I would like to thank them for their hospitality .
The location of the hotel was perfect for using as a homebase for making day trips to nearby towns like Alberobello, Matera. Polignano a Mare, etc. It took a few minutes of walking to the central train station and bus terminal. Yet there were no noises heard from train or bustling streets.
In addition, a big supermarket, Lidl, was conveniently located in an adjacent building.
I would definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Puglia in the future.

I had to leave early and they made a breakfast bag up for me which was very much appreciated. I also got to check in a little early which was handy. Nice clean room. We had dinner there too and that is recommended. Also super close to the train station and bus terminal.

The hotel is clean however does not give a warm vibe. The offer of a welcome glass of wine or juice was nice however the Prosecco was barely 2 ounces…..
We did have a water from the fridge in the room and found out upon check out that in fact it was not complimentary which was not the case in the past 3 hotels that we stayed in in Italy.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean and modern and staff were courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian area. Would definitely recommend, especially if wanted something convenient to the train station.
