Excellent stay - arrived well before check-in and the staff were very helpful and gave us our room early and an upgrade Stayed in the newly refurbished room which was excellent. Hotel is very central and in walking distance to the town/shops and also to funicular that takes you to the old town. Have stayed here 3 times now and woukd always make this my 1st choice of hotel

Great staff, very central and a nice property. The late night bar man was the coolest guy. We will be back.

Hotel hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man erwarten darf. Es ist alle sehr sauber und funktioniert.
Das Alter sieht man den Zimmern aber an und ein Tapetenwechsel wäre angezeigt - im wörtlichen Sinn. Einzelne Ränder der Tapete lösen sich und die Einrichtung wirkt alt. (Wahl der Farben, Stecker etc)

We had a great room, all clean and quiet and we had a great sleep. The hotel is a few steps away from the funicular that takes you to the old city Everything was perfect and would like to highlight Flavius who was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very comfortable and the service and value for money was very good, but this was surpassed by the Rooftop restaurant which was exceptional. The food was excellent and the staff so professional and friendly

The airport bus drops you right at the door of the hotel, the funicular to the old town is an easy five minute walk and the hotel is well-placed between the old and new town. Breakfast was lovely, there is a restaurant on the roof, it is pricey but the views are really fantastic and the food was delicious. The hotel is also a fifteen minute from Atalanta's stadium.

The hotel itself is more than adequate and there are some newly refurbished premium rooms. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. Really going above and beyond.

The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!

Very average hotel. It might have been good 30 years ago but it is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is old, tired and not very comfortable. Breakfast is average. Overnight parking 25 euros!

A lovely and spacious room with nice views of the old town. Great staff, breakfast and perfect location for the old and new parts.
Winter markets and decorations were still around, giving us an extended fabulous festive break to 5 January.
