This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our choice again.

Pleasant room. A pity about the small shower and difficulty in plugging the kettle in. Otherwise fine.

Eine super Location, sehr zentral, ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und ein einwandfreies Zimmer mit Blick auf die Cita Alta. Auch waren Sie sehr unkompliziert als wir mit unseren beiden Fahrräder einen Einstellplatz über die Nacht gesucht hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Oppholdet 22.08. - 24.08. var om mulig enda bedre enn sist! Nydelig rom (oppgradert), balkong, alt var flott!

Hotel was situated in ideal location for access to both the old and new town. Quiet and clean. Staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was included and had lots of options to choose from. Stayed in older part of hote and wished we wd have upgraded to renovated room as shower bery small.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja rauhallinen hotelli. Tilat olivat siistit, huone siivottiin päivittäin. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, kävelymatkan päässä tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä ja julkista liikennettä. Osa huoneista on vanhahtavia ja meidän huoneessa oli erikoinen tuoksu, piha-alue kaipaa myös päivitystä. Viihdyimme kuitenkin hyvin, hinta on suht. edullinen ja aamupala saatavilla🙂

Old fashioned hotel in good location for old and new town.

The rooftop restaurant menu was poor and overpriced, they could have made better use of the outdoor area with a bar so residents could enjoy the fantastic view of citti altta instead of the small internal bar which was not too inviting.

Loistava sijainti. Vanha käupunki lähellä ja samoin alakaupungin keskusta . Tosi hyvä aamiainen. Huoneessa hyvät sängyt ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Jos tulen uudelleen Bergamoon, niin tähän hotelliin ehdottomasti.

Parking was easy either out front the hotel or in their garage for $25 bucks a night, location was great short was to “Città Alta”, great neighborhood and staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good as well lot of selection to chose from 6:30-10am were the times for breakfast.

Flott hotell med nydelig beliggenhet. Reint og super standard. Veldig god frokost!

Fint opphold, men rommet var svært lite. Ikke balkong, det går ikke helt godt frem hvilke rom som har balkong. Ypperlig frokost!!

Das Hotel liegt in der unteren Stadt, zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Bahn in die obere Stadt. Super! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Möglich im 8. Stock das Restaurant und die wunderbare Aussicht zu genießen. Zimmer groß, Bett bequem, Bad renoviert und sauber. Ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück,mit viel Auswahl an Speisen. Warum nur 4 Sterne. Eigentlich war alles super, bis ich schlafen gegen wollte... Über der Eingangstür gibt es ein grelles, grünes Lämpchen, was das ganze Zimmer in komisches grünes Licht hüllt. Es kann leider nicht ausgeschaltet werden, kein Schalter gefunden und zum Bedecken war es zu hoch. Die Rollladen haben das Zimmer zwar schön verdunkelt, aber mit diesen Licht war alles zunichte... ich habe sehr schlecht geschlafen... tut mir leid.
