Its a bit expensive compare to other hotels in Lido, but I just love their beach! The free shuttle to Venice is very convenient and comfortable. I've booked a sea view room but the balcony is not really big, so better save that money to book a normal room instead. The breakfast was excellent and they even have 4 kinds of milk to choose from (but it cost extra 25 euro). A luxurious experience to spoil yourself!

Access to Venice from their dock was terrific.

Dream Stay, nothing but Amazing in every way possible. From check in, to Comfort, to impeccable service, to wonderful breakfast. Can not fault anything or any staff member. Just Beautiful. Will definitely return

Great hotel, great service and loved being a little out of the way from the touristy side of Venice.

The property is in a great location on the beach but as a 5*L hotel it was let down in several areas. Restaurant and bar staff were efficient but not very engaging. Hotel let down by details such as we had to ask repeatedly for tea and coffee to be supplied to the room. Meals and drinks were far too expensive and we had to eat out every night due to the cost and lack of real choice in the menu. On the positive side the pool area and beach were excellent as was the hotel shuttle to Venice. Overall the hotel lets itself down in the details which make all the difference to a holiday and it could be so much better.

Hotel und Anlage sind perfekt. Der Strand glänzte jeden Morgen, gründlich geputzt. Im Zimmer wurde aber jeden Tag etwas vergessen nachzufüllen- oder Wasser oder WC Papier.Trotzdem empfehlenswert

A really nice luxury beach hotel with such a good atmosphere. From the mahogany challup shuttle service to the beach cabanas Excelsior offers exceptional blend of retrospect style and comfort.

Excellent choice when visiting Venice in the summer time as you get the best of everything! The hotel offers excellent service and hospitality and with their own boat shuttle to Venice you'll have easy access at your door step. Staff is attentive, helpful, and although a 5 star hotel it have a relaxed feel about it. Breakfast buffet is super! Will come back and highly recommend.

Séjour mémorable au sein de cet hôtel somptueux. Un complexe immense avec une longue et large plage privée avec cabines. Une piscine très grande et très belle accès direct à la mer et au sable fin. Une très belle architecture. Des chambres spacieuses au style vénitien raffiné avec une vue mer imprenable. Un personnel aux petits soins. Un service de navette privée vers la place St Marc très pratique.

Staff were amazing, beautiful location, ferry shuttle to city was great, breakfast is highly recommended. Rooms were initially impressive but dated, very few plug sockets, no usb, had to pay a cover charge to even eat in the hotel restaurant we were staying in..

Le personnel est aux petits soins et fait preuve d'une grande réactivité. Le service de navette vers la place Saint-Marc est très efficace, même en cas d'intempéries. Une expérience vraiment appréciable !

What an incredible service! Andrea, the concierge, was amazing in helping us with transportation in Venice. The hotel-provided transport was easy to access, and even the external transport we had booked was double-checked and confirmed for us. Hats off to Andrea! And what can I say about this hotel? The service is outstanding, the staff are so warm and welcoming. It’s phenomenal to enjoy both sides of the island – the sea on one side and Venice on the other. We truly appreciated being able to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended
