The location is very convenience. The staff is quite nice. Under this budget, I hv no hesitation to give my compliment.

5-10 mins walk from Bus station, hotel is small but location is good, nearby small river and some small shop, another 3-5 mins walk will reach central location with many restaurant and bar, open till midnight. reception service is good, will share all information you required.

離羅馬廣場走路約五分鐘，浴室很小，沒有乾濕分離，但房間乾淨，有提供簡單的麵包果汁早餐與免費網路，服務人員和善，退房後可以寄放行李。但是沒有電梯，樓梯也不大，不適合有大型行李者。

威尼斯住宿价格普遍偏高，这个酒店位置不错，但是设施比较陈旧。早餐非常简单。

La ducha estaba rota y se salió todo el agua por el baño, por esto se me mojó todo el móvil y lo tuve que llevar a arreglar. Habitación muy pequeña y colchón incómodo

AC was VERY effective. Staff is very nice and helpful! Would come back again.

Amazing property, the only compliant was the bed was rather uncomfortable!

The location either by cab or train is excellent. The hotel is clean & tidy & the out of hours arrangements are excellent. A very nice place to stay in a central location.

Love the location , although if you hadn’t been before, the graffiti on some walls in the area could be off putting. The room itself was small but we were never in the room , other than to sleep. Bathroom clean and again small but adequate with good shower power. No fridge or kettle in the room but not a huge problem. Very quiet at nights so peaceful sleep, bed was comfortable too. Reception wasn’t manned a lot of the time but not a problem as just used a code for the side entrance, Bars, restaurants etc on doorstep and of course the smaller canals too

Walking distance to all transportations. Poor breakfast

The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. Not in the thick of the tourist area are which is fantastic. Rooms are very small and efficient. Perfect for a night or two. Highly recommend!

Very nice for the price and very comfortable

I was told staff would be present for check in until 9pm but a message was sent after we left uk and with no data roaming did not get this, until in hotel snf connected yo WiFi. Late check-in changed to 7pm. On arriving the instructions for getting in for late arrives were not complete in the initial instructions so had to use call button to get instructions to get in. On checkout no one on desk and i think only staff in hotel was cleaner, who could do check out but did not get all details hotel needed for Venice visitors. We felt it was a bit like a ghost hotel. Did not see any other guests either. Room was fine, except shower on second visit dod not have any hot water. and location good for us. Not to far to Piazza Roma and cruise terminal.

Friendly reception, convenient to Piazzale Roma. Small rooms, as is typical for Venice, but clean and comfortable. I had no problem with the after-hours checkin - they give you the code for the outside doors and leave the room key for you inside. At night the entrance is off of a very small alley, but not hard to find.

This hotel has a great mix of European charm with modern technology. Very easy to walk to see all of Venice and very close to the train and bus station.
