價錢與服務成正比， 作短暫停留是可以的（趕飛機），但要住上數天，最好不要。 沒有被鋪，職員態度散漫，但早餐還不錯。

酒店整潔舒適服務都很不錯 但是我到的第一天竟然直接跟我說沒有房間然後已經幫我找了另外一家等級差不多的旅館 說已經付款了叫我直接過去 另外那一間就很恐怖了 而且沒房間就不應該讓我訂房啊 也沒有通知我是我已經抵達旅館才知道的

Is a good choice if you have to go airport in a early morning. But not advice to go by walk, hotel can arrange a shuttle bus for you, but you need to pay for that.

Great for a night before flying out. Need to arrange shuttle time when you check in (especially if early am flight) and there is a E$15 charge but very convenient compared to walking to tram or finding a taxi. Was a long but doable walk to Boboli Gardens

Nice stay for airport delays

This was the perfect place to stay for an early morning flight out of Florence. Check in was easy, staff was personable, and the shuttle service was great.

Amazing place! Very very helpful and friendly. We were lost after a day trip and my phone died. It was 0100 when we got back. ThankGod theyre able to let us in.

Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean. I was a bit stressed when the hotel sent me a message through Expedia but their email is blanked out with the app. There was someone at the hotel upon my afternoon arrival who sent me a code through WhatsApp to access the room. We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio.

Unfortunately there was a yipping dog for an hour and a half. Very unpleasant. They had to come do something to my toilet to make it flush - very embarrassing.

Work well for a place to stay the night before our flight

We had an early morning flight out of FLR and Hotel Franchi was perfect for us. Airport shuttle service to FLR started at 04:15, was on-time, and took only 10 minutes to FLR. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was extraordinary! Bar and food onsite was very good and the terrace was a nice respite in the busy city to relax before a long day of travel. We had the quadruple room and it efficiently accommodated us and our two adult children fine for the evening. A bit tight, but we are used to traveling together. The large balcony on the room was an added bonus. We will use the Hotel Franchi again flying in or out of FLR.
