Nice staff, beautuful hotel

Great place to staying and would stay there again if given the opportunity.

Lovely accommodation with a patio and in a great location. The breakfast was included in our stay and offered a variety of items to choose from, it was the best breakfast we had on our month long stay in Sicily. Highly recommend!

The staff accommodated our need for a quiet ground floor room (my husband sprained both ankles and had very limited mobility). Excellent breakfast and ideal location to explore the town by foot. We highly recommend this small hotel. If you are driving, know the hotel is on a narrow one way street, so you will need your GPS!

There was no hot water in our room . Staff were told but there was no action, only told to turn water on and off , this did not work so no showers were taken. There was written request to not put toilet paper in the toilet !!!. There was a large cockroach in the room . Makes me question how clean the breakfast room was . This was supposed to be a superior room !. Staff were at first understanding but then took on very little responsibility. One of the staff lied to her superiors saying we as usual only complained when leaving . I think this hotel should be avoided and health authorities should be informed to at least inspect this hotel.

Staff super friendly and helpful! Owner gave us fabulous dinner recommendations and booked it for us. Cute bar! Lovely patio. Great food!

La habitación estaba por debajo de lo esperado: habitación vieja, con humedades (olor incluido), baño aceptable. Como contrapunto, el personal muy agradable, especialmente la chica que nos atendió en recepción la mañana que llegamos. Desayuno muy correcto y ubicación bastante buena para explorar la ciudad.

Accueil à l’arrivée agréable, par la suite indifférent... nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Buffet petit-déjeuner moyen, pas de jus de fruits frais (dans le pays des citrons et oranges?). Literie confortable, pas de vue: les fenêtres donnent sur un puits de lumière aux façades délabrées. Climatisation ok. Très bien situé dans Ortigia. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Very nice and vey well located, charming and competent staff, I would gladly go back.

Slightly stressful to drop of luggage - one way alley - but otherwise great stay. If you are in a shoulder season trip, the HVAC is centrally controlled, so you will have to adjust to Sicilian temperature preferences ( i.e. on the warmer side).

Clea, quiet, good value. The staff was very helpful.with parking, which is difficult in this central part of the city.

Internet rarely worked, tv never worked. Staff had poor attitude.

Nice stay in this beautiful hotel. Wonderful room with painted ceiling. Good breakfeast but we did not feel welcome to it (have to ask for forks, spoon, and seem to bother when asking). The hotel location is very good, not in the overcrowded parts of Ortigia, but at walking distance of everything. The team can send your car plate to the police to authorize access to ZTL to drop off luggages. Some people went back to their room late in the night and made lot of noise in the corridors.
