The location is good for transportation. It’s very easy to take a bus to Venise. There are some restaurants nearby. We like the free parking. It makes the trip in Venise convenient. Nice staffs.

Very friendly family run hotel

I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who gave me a summary of the hotel and area and he carried my luggage to my room. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again.

This place looks outdated from outside. And a little in the room but is super clean, comfy and the staff is amazing. They do not ha e elevator but are so helpful with luggage. And the best part breakfast looks amazing even that i didn't try it it looks great. And the best part the bus to and from bus to and from mestre bus station it stoos right outside the hotel and it takes you to venize and back. You just have to go across the street to catch the bus to venice and back and the hotel sells the bus tickets for 3 euros round trip. Its awsome love it

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome & important. The helped with our questions and direction and offered suggestions for restaurants. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing, even though it was buffet, they served us. Many options from eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, toast, sweet breads coffee, juice & pastries. They made sure we got a breakfast before frosting as well as hot us a can. If ever in Venice, definitely the place to stay. The bus stop is right outside the door and you will feel at home.

The lady owner could be more forthcoming and respectful to the clients. The owner refused to offer two water bottles. Also, he could be a bit soft toward clients.

Needs a good air conditioning

Staff were really friendly and knowledgable, place was sparkling clean. Bus stop to Venice right on the doorstep. Mestre is a good place to base yourself, not much to do around the area but it’s safe and very convenient to get into Venice. Rooms a bit tired looking, but all in all, a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Very good service and nice and humble crew at the hotel. Easy free parking. Nice breakfast. I can recommend this hotel.

Very friendly service from all the staff. Slightly dated but still in good working order. I would suggest that a kettle in the rooms would be very good & also have at least power sockets in the room near the dressing table area for charging phones etc. At the moment, there is only one & that is in the bathroom. There are no lifts, so you have to climb the stairs with your luggage therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues. Very good location for going to Venice island. Bus 2 is on the opposite side to the entrance of the hotel & on return,it stops right outside the hotel. The bus tickets are only e1.50 per ride & you can buy them from the hotel. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.

Helt ok. Gammalt och slitet hotell men sköna sängar, bra service, god frukost, funderande AC. Stort plus för att det fanns parkering utan extra kostnad. Buss till Venedig finns direkt utanför hotellentren och tar ca 15-20 minuter. Mycket smidigt. Helt ok!

We travelled as a family, this hotel was perfect for our needs. It's also very convenient with the bus service to Venice directly in front of the hotel and they sell the tickets. A short walk behind the bell tower is the piazza with many restaurants and variety. Everything is within easy access. Highly recommend this hotel

Property comfortably accommodated four adults. The room was adequate, had a desk and plenty of storage space. The air conditioning was strong. Amenities were good, the bathroom had a rain shower head.

Nice hotel, I would stay here again. The staff was friendly. While the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated. The air conditioning was a little weak. A convenient location too since bus #2, which goes to both Mestre train station and Venice, stops right in front of the hotel.

Ótima estadia.

We loved our stay at Hotel Garibaldi. We stayed in the triple room. It is very tight quarters, but clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit firm but not uncomfortable. The bus took about 30 minutes to get to Venice—longer than we expected, but not bad. Mestre itself was charming and quiet. We felt very safe staying here and would stay here again!
