Good location: The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Santa Maria Novell station and the city. Cleanliness is ok. Only a small shower area in our room. Even though we closed the shower doors tightly, water still leaked out every time we used the shower - that was disappointing!!! The interior design of the hotel is unique, may not be everyone's taste though. Buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory - very few choices and of inferior quality. No coffee machine, guests need to place order for coffee (no extra charge). However, it may take a while to wait for the servers to come especially when it's busy time!

Location very good. Room very big. But the shower room is not good. And the lighting is so dark.

這次住了四天三夜，是我第二次入住！飯店維護的不錯，房務很貼心還有巧克力的開床服務，第一個晚上的房間有雜音，跟櫃台反應也幫我們隔天就換了房間，整體來說，這是一間地點超級好，風格獨特，CP值很高的設計旅店，下次還是會選這裡

所在位置為此住宿最大優勢，位於SMN廣場旁三公尺位置，絶對不會找不到。飯店裝潢新穎有特色，房間雖然不大，但可算是是一間高級的精品酒店。早餐非常豐盛，水果、飲料、面包以及穀物種類選擇多樣化，還出乎意料地供應培根和炒蛋熱食，咖啡非常棒，我們十分滿意。

酒店就在火车站附近，去哪里都方便。设施很新，有电热水壶。很奇怪的是有咖啡，茶和杯子，不配勺子。

The hotel is well-furnished and our room was decent - a bit dark at times but it is bearable. Superheroes figure were located throughout the hotel and it was fun trying to explore all of them especially when my boyfriend is a fan. The hotel itself is situated at an excellent location near the train station and about 10 minutes walk from most of the tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend friends/family to come back.

overall the hotel is nice and I'll recommend to my friends, just one point that the electricity tea pot can only be used in the toilet power station, not convenience.

Good Location - close to SMN station and a short walk to the city attractions. The room is large with great design.

各方面都挺好，让我选择的最主要原因是距离火车站很近很近，此次自由行在意大利境内的主要交通工具是火车，佛罗伦撒是我们的第二站，火车来回很方便。

A new and stylish hotel in Firenze. Very convenient to reach the train station and main scene.

Check out 後 再回去借廁所 卻被地下一樓廁所 沒有門把的鋒利門邊割傷 傷口不淺 只好加壓止血再去趕火車

My only regret (and it may have been just my room location) but internet connectivity was spotty or dropped out in room. Seemed better in other locations in the hotel

We arrived late in the evening and had a super early flight so we didn’t get to experience seeing much staff or breakfast but those we did see were super helpful and even offered to make up an early breakfast to take. It was a cool stay and was comfy!

Everything about it met or exceeded expectations.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!
