美景 舒服離火車站很近。

Perfekt beliggenhet og flotte klassiske hotellrom med utsikt over innsjøen. Veldig hyggelig betjening og god og relativt enkel frokost.

Never book anything on Expedia. I spent $6000 on my trip and one activity I was denied entrance because Expedia never sent a voucher. Expedia refuses to refund my $59 even though they never gave me a voucher.

Convenient for the lake. Near train station 200metres. Near to the ferry station to provide easy access to visit towns around the lake. Hotel and rooms are in need of refurbishment. Observed some poor hygiene practices. Staff should handle food with tongs not bare hands.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See. Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gut erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Betten sehr bequem, Badezimmer topp, das Personal generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr gut.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel! The staff was amazing and so accommodating especially because I was so jet lagged. The room was very nice, clean and newly renovated. I would definitely stay here again!

Hôtel très bien situé sur le lac Majeur, proche embarcadère. Grand parking gratuit à 400 m de l’hôtel. Personnel très aimable, chambre correcte, fonctionnelle et bons espaces de rangement. Grande salle d’eau mais la douche est petite. Literie moyenne. Les cloisons entre les chambres sont peu insonorisées. Du choix au petit déjeuner mais le melon n’était pas mûr, le jambon très moyen et le fromage assez sec. Un bel espace pour le bar mais pas moyen d’avoir des cocktails, ils servent surtout des alcools classiques ou des soft drinks

Great location

We had a great stay, location was perfect

A lovely hotel near the station, lake-front and bars/restaurants. We only stayed for one night, but would have happily stayed longer. The staff were helpful, especially in storing our bags before giving us early access to our room. The bed was super-comfy and everything was clean.

LOCATION

The property is beside a beautiful lake! The waterfront view is excellent! Many restaurants and shops near by! Transportation is a bit challenging, you take a train then transfer to the metro so plan accordingly, once we figured out the system it was great!

Decent hotel in a great location. Not renovated in quite a while, clean but somewhat dingy decor. Air conditioning did not cool room at all.

Very close to lake!

Very central place in the centre of every activity and right on the shore of the lake. Shopping, excursion boat stop beside to tour the all lake. Management helpfful, but some kind strict in attitude.

Hotel Giardino har jeg bodd på tildigere ved flere anledinger i forbindelse med jobbreiser i området. Hotellet var tidligere slitt og lite atraktivt men har gjennongått en stor forbedring i den senere tiden der rom nå er av fin standard.

It is hard to find a real good hotel in Arona, Giardino is a good compromise if You do not want to stay in Stresa. Parking might be a nightmare, hotel has no reserved parking spaces - and only a limited amount of "free parking" badges. Go for the "supreme" rooms with lake view, the other rooms are very very old and impossible to keep clean. They have not been updated for 15+ years and really need renovation. The hotels restaurant is really good.
