Gorgeous views from our balcony, and the restaurant has maybe the best food in Italy! One of my favorite meals ever came from here. The staff were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend

The room was spotless. Everything was great - the view was spectacular from our room. We loved this hotel. It was close to Ravello Square and also very accessible to the other Amalfi towns. The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal! Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide.

My room was excellent, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the staff beyond wonderful. The proprietor, Ranieri, is always around, always friendly, always willing to take a minute to chat. The staff in the breakfast dining room (which is charming) is sweet and attentive. Special kudos to, Francesca at the front desk who is an absolute delight and super helpful and knowledgeable. And the bartender, Vittorio, became like a brother to me! I can't say enough about my four days at the Graal - I will treasure the memories always!

Fantastic views from the room. Best view I’ve had in a hotel ever and I travel every week for work. Breakfast and service was very good as well.

Nice hotel in a great location. Pool is great, and the restaurant is top notch. The rooms were very basic though. Our shower was a tiny 3’ x 3’ box with a shower head that barely sprayed any water. Not very much storage space. Service was also very good. Just adjust your room expectations and you’ll have a good time.

Right before the entrance to ravello. Beautiful pool with amazing views. The only hotel you don’t need to walk to with your luggage. 10/10 staff.

Our stay at Hotel Graal was very positive thanks to welcoming staff, smooth check-in and a helpful porter. During breakfast, one staff member always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service, which set a lovely tone each morning. The laundry service was fast and the shuttle driver Gino made our transfers comfortable and memorable. Our room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom, and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, although the furnishing felt sparse. The location is excellent, close to everything in Ravello with buses right outside. The pool area also had wonderful views, but like the hotel overall, would benefit from updated furniture and décor. Breakfast was varied and tasty, enhanced by the spectacular views. Prices are on the higher side, but fair for the area. Overall, Hotel Graal offers great service, cleanliness and unforgettable views, but the property would benefit from a general refresh. Still, we would gladly recommend it to others visiting Ravello.

The staff was unfriendly and easily irritated. The reviews people write about this hotel and give it high ratings are completely irrelevant. The hotel is dated, and the power kept going out in our room. It was simply a waste of our money.
