We were assigned to an incorrect room but was unable to switch to the correct room till 2 after. Other than that the staffs were great and very attentive.

Ottimo soggiorno. Hotel confortevole e personale cordiale. Unica pecca, doppia porta di accesso a struttura adiacente, usata dal personale dell'hotel, lasciata sempre aperta, con conseguente freddo polare nel cortidoio.

Viaggio molto e ho riservato questo hotel solo per la vicinanza al Mandela Forum ed in effetti si può andare a piedi Scelto anche per la spa della quale non ho potuto usufruire perché 1 cattivo odore 2 acqua fredda 3 troppe persone contemporaneamente in area relax poiché piscina vuota a causa acqua fredda Forse hanno avuto un numero inconsueto di ospiti rispetto l’ordinario e non sono riusciti a gestire la cosa Idem per la colazione: 40 min per avere un caffè (avevano finito le tazzine e un solo barista -devo dire bravissimo vista la situazione- con poca collaborazione dalla sala) se chiedevi caffè al tavolino la signorina ti diceva che prima fa quelli al banco e poi al tavolo ma al banco la fila si alimentava continuamente e così ho fatto la fila anche io per il caffè La maniglia della porta antincendio era rotta e abbiamo rischiato di rimanere dentro Il bagno da rifare La stanza ok Non è comunque da aspettarsi di entrare in un 4 stelle ma è comodo per concerti e partite di calcio

Hotel maravilhoso, sofisticado. Quarto grande,banheiro bom e ótimo café da manha. Todos os atendentes solicitos,simpaticos e educados. Voltaria com certeza.

It was clean and updated. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff who last minute booked us a fabulous wine tour. They went above and beyond

Great parking on site. Reception staff really helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok and you had everything you needed. Convenient location close to the centre. Rooms and bathroom clean but a little dated but you had everything you needed. Complimentary refillable water machines is a bonus especially in the heat of September!

Hotel molto valido, camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Forse da migliorare un po’ la colazione e l’offerta del parcheggio.

Fantastisk opphold. Litt unna selve sentrum, men gode bussforbindelser. En super restaurant rett ved hotellet. Stort pluss at det var en veranda slik at man kunne sitte ute på kvelden og kose seg. Eneste minuset med hotellet er at det var ekstremt lytt! Så om du våkner lett av lyder vil det kanskje være greit å finne ett annet hotell. Hørtes ut som de som var ute i gangen var inne på rommet.

We really loved staying in this hotel. Our room was in a detached house and it was beutiful, very big, clean. Parking is paid 25e per night, not really cheap and it is a small parking so make sure to reserve it. One things that was not clear mentioned and it is misleading is the pool. It is not included in the price and as breakfast, parking, it is extra charge for it. Gym was amazing and definitely made this experience even better.

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Stort og fint rom. Koselig område. Gode forbindelser med kollektivtransport. Veldig god frokost med bakgård.

Lovely property in a quiet area. Close by to public transport to access the greater Firenze area. Spacious rooms with great fixtures. Pool and spa available on site for a fee.

On outskirts of town - (so outside ZTL zone) - good bus service though will get you to most places you’ll want to visit. On site parking is a bit steep at €25 per day. First rate helpful front desk staff always able to answer any queries. Nice breakfast & a couple of restaurants very close to hotel. Pool access charge is a little over the top though at €10 per person per hour (€20 if you want to use spa).
