The hotel is in a great location and has an excellent private, sandy beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage ist 6 Sterne wert, das Hotel 4 Sterne und das Personal 5 Sterne. Die Infrastruktur muss dringend modernisiert werden. Ich habe bei ebookers 4‘000 Euro bezahlt, das Hotel hat vor Ort 3‘000 Euro abgerechnet. Hoppla!!!

very nice resort - excellent beach sand, swimming and sunbathing - excellent tennis facilities (must be the best tennis on the island), good walking on the hills, food was excellent we did half board and were spoilt every single night. The staff make it special, very experienced and great teamwork, you can feel the 5 star service.

If you go to Elba Island, stay at Hotel Hermitage! It's beautiful location, ease of access from the ferry, romantic focus is perfect for a couple. You will love it!

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff. Beach is gorgeous and only complaint is the front row of sun beds are reserved for clients with suites and they never showed up

Superb hotel with warm welcoming,attentive staff. Excellent restaurants and pools/beach. Lovely scenery and lively surroundings with sailing and motor yachts frequently mooring in bay.

Excelente hote! Hermoso lugar

Pretentious staff. Gave us a "sea view" room that overlooked their lobby roof. Room was 3 Stars by USA standards. Property was actually beautiful. But beds were too hard and bedding was poor - thin "pillows" left us with stiff necks. Rooms were not well insulated - thin walls. Charged is $4 for a mini-can of coke from the minibar. And this was one of the better resorts on the island.

Gorgeous secluded hotel on a beautiful beach. As it is quite isolated, you will need to take a cab to go exploring, or out to other restaurants. Food is good here, but pricey! Lovely rooms, most with a small terrace and ocean view, but be prepared to walk and do lots of stairs! If it's raining, you need to walk outside to reach the main hotel.

The Hotel Hermitage is an all-in-one place to stay while enjoying the beauty of Elba. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is all inclusive and delicious. Lunch at the smaller poolside restaurant is fabulous, as is the wait staff. Dinner is 3 course yummy-a bit much for me, but tasty and filling. 3 sea water pools and a lovely beach with individual beach set ups equates to a wonderful, relaxing getaway. Definitely a must when in Elba.

Vi opplevde 3 flotte dager på Elba, og prikken over i'en var å bo på Hermitage. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake. Vi besøkte øya og hotellet fra 10-13.mai. Dette var noe tidlig ift de som ønsker seg sol-og badeferie. For oss 2 par som var på oppdagelsesreise, var tiden perfekt.

Séjour de 1 semaine à l'Hermitage, après une semaine sur Florence dans un VRAI 5* (Villa San Michele). En 2 mots, l'hotel est bien placé mais ne vaut pas mieux qu'un 3étoiles hormis pour la restauration qui est d'un très bon niveau.Concernant le site Hotel.com, nous allons demander un dédommagement de 317€*7 jours correspondants au supplément que nous avons du payé pour nos enfants alors que nous avions fait une réseravtion pur cela! nOUS NE REVIENDRONS PAS ET N4UTILISERONS PLUS LES SERVES DE HOTELS.COM
