Housekeeping everyday, thank you so much for the cleaning, especially I always mess my room. Staff is all really friendly: explained how to use the coffee machine at the 1st morning; helped me to dispose that damaged suitcase. Tram and Bus stops are directly situated in front of / next to the hotel, no need to worry about getting to the centre. Only downside: I stayed in the Single Room. My 31 inch suitcase is impossible to place on the floor. But, to be honest, the room size is acceptable to me.

Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et attentionné. Les prestations de l'hôtel (chambre, petit déjeuner) ont bien répondu à mes attentes. Accès facile à la gare et au centre-ville avec les transports en commun.

Jätte fin hotell på 30 min promenad från centralstationen. Rent .God frukost , frukt erbjuds. Väldigt praktiskt badrum med lux känsla upphöjd upplevelse. Jag fick rummet med fönster som satt för högt upp ( ca 1,8 m från golvet)och det var lite minus. I för sig var min vistelse väldigt kort men bra att att ha det i tanken om man ska vistas längre tid.

The staff was really nice. Rooms were on the small side, and the a/c was very weak. The breakfast, etc. was very pleasant.

Alles in allem super, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Würden diesen Ort wieder Buchen.

Gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in, praktikabel für eine Nacht. Zimmern war sauber.

★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (Negative 9 Stars) If you’ve ever wanted to know what it’s like to sleep in a sardine tin—without the luxury of oil—this is your golden opportunity. The rooms are so small, I had to step outside just to change my mind. I’ve seen broom closets with more breathing space. On the bright side (and I do mean the only bright side), the staff is incredibly friendly. Possibly out of sympathy. They greet you with warm smiles, maybe to distract you from the fact that your room is best navigated sideways. Not recommended for the claustrophobic, or anyone over 5’6”, or anyone with luggage larger than a fanny pack. Honestly, if the walls were any closer, we’d be dating. Book at your own risk—unless you’re looking to relive your childhood in a playhouse. A very expensive, airless playhouse.

Ótimo atendimento e quarto confortável, mas o banheiro estava com um pouco de mal cheiro, imagino q era a encanação. Cafe da manhã delicioso!

Tiszta volt a szállás, frekventált helyen, jó volt a reggeli, kedves segítőkész személyzet. Ajánlom a hotelt.

We had a fabulous stay in Milan at Hotel Ideale. We visited for the Milan Marathon and the location was perfect for walking to the Centre/Duomo and the Castle....all of which are beautiful ❤️ The walk was about half an hour. The hotel, although from the outside looks a bit dated, was as we had expected from other reviews that we had read. The staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful and happy to help with any enquiries and there was always someone on the front desk. Our room was a fair size, very clean, lovely bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and lots of cupboard space and mirrors and plugs for hair drying...there was a hair dryer in the bathroom too. The hotel is on a main road (handy for Ubers which were always available in about 5 minutes) and our room looked out to it but the traffic didn't affect our sleep....we had very busy days so were very tired! The breakfast room again although a bit dated had a fab selection and lots of different croissants and good coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was pleased with our choice of hotel in this beautiful City 😁

Hotel muy práctico, con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado para el uso de transporte público, prácticamente en la puerta, para llegar a los sitios de interés. Personal muy amable y servicial. Recomendable

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardim severdi. Sehir merkezine yakın oldugu gibi toplu taşıma araçlarına (hem metro hem otobüs) yakındı. Aileler icin uygundur.

It's a nice quaint hotel. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and delicious coffee. My room was really small but functional for 1 person. I like the heated floor in the bathroom. It's good for a quick trip.
