Not a Safe place to stay. Dangerous! When I was in the room someone was trying to open the door. I was shouting from the inside the room but no one answered from the outside . I called the reception but no one answered. It was SO scary and I needed to call the police but they don’t speak English. The few minutes later, the someone was trying to open the door again. I was crying and shouting from inside the room. I was so scary to open the door. I called my Italian friend and they came over and saved me. When we came down to lobby and explained to the employee. They said sorry and make full refunds . But, next day, they changed their mind and no refund at all!! It is the worst hotel I never stayed. And it’s not Safe!!

Camera 202 (praticamente una tripla). Ottima connessione wifi e letto comodissimo. Colazione super e personale sempre molto disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile di fronte all'albergo

Buena situacion enfrente de la playa. El hotel necesita modernizar instalaciones y servicios incluyendo amenities en el baño

We booked two ocean view rooms, when we arrived one room was front of building with full ocean view, the other at the side, still with ocean view but not full, so was not too happy about that. Generally the place could do with a good refurbish.

Bellissimo hotel con vista mare spettacolare, accesso diretto al mare e personale gentilissimo e molto attento, avevamo lasciato un giungono qualche mese fa e lo hanno conservato.

Upon check in I was put in a room facing the street, even though the description on Expedia was ocean view. I went to the front desk and they were extremely professional and gave me a better view. If you are on 4th + ocean view probably isn’t bad. I was on the 3rd floor it wasn’t anything too special. The property was clean. The room was a decent size, it’s outdated and the bed is hard. But if you are just there to sleep and shower as I was it’s more than good enough. The location is geared more towards older people and families with you kids. The hotel is right on the beach. I thought Rimini Beach was closer, but it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. I took a cab from the train station each way was about $13 Euros. There is a place next to the hotel on the beach that serves food and drinks which was nice. Overall the property is very good. For me I would have rather been closer to Rimini Beach where it was more lively. But if you have kids or looking for a more laid back place I would recommend this property. They also do have parking. Albergo vicino alla spiaggia, materasso con le molle molto scomodo, non era presente in stanza bagnoschiuma (che ho chiesto e mi è stato dato). Ho pagato per il parcheggio nonostante sulle informazioni sull'albergo presenti in stanza fosse espressamente indicato "parcheggio gratuito fino ad esaurimento posti". Persona alla reception cortese

Hotel was close to the beach. Staff excellent. Food very good. Beach very clean. Sea polluted yellow scum.

Hôtel agréable sur la plage, dommage que le spa soit en supplément

Ci sono stato una sola notte per lavoro e non per vacanza. Il giudizio non esaltante è dovuto al numero di stelle dell'hotel. Non è un 4 stelle nel modo più assoluto. Ma la manica larga nell'assegnare le stelle agli hotel è caratteristica di tutti gli hotel della Romagna. Sono stato in altri 4 stelle e la situazione era la medesima. In Alto Adige un hotel di questo livello di camere, arredi, servizi avrebbe al massimo 2 stelle. Ma vediamo in dettaglio. Punti positivi E' sul mare e le camere sono vista mare. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità in una bella sala al primo piano con vista mare. Il personale è stato gentile. Ho pagato pochissimo. Punti negativi: Il parcheggio dell'hotel è microscopico. Ho trovato da posteggiare in strada (parcheggio gratuito) perché era giugno e pioveva. In estate parcheggiare deve essere un delirio. La stanza è microscopica ed arredata in modo sommario (merita ristrutturazione). Nell'armadio c'erano solo 3 grucce appendiabiti e per di più scompagnate (per una notte da solo va bene ma in vacanza....) Il bagno era piccolo, vecchio e scomodo (c'è da dire che era costruito per disabili col classico lavandino apposito e la doccia senza mensole per il bagno schiuma). Le parti comuni dell'hotel meritano un rinnovo.

Pernottamento per lavoro. Confortevole, personale disponibilissimo e molto cortese, colazione ottima e ricca, fronte spiaggia Consigliatissimo anche poer vacanza.
