除了離地鐵很近外，我想不到這間飯店有什麼優點!

we paid around HK$1000/ night. perhaps we expected too much... the hotel is actually one of the floor in an old building. the manager was vvvv nice and we were given the best room in this hotel which is the biggest room with balcony. however the room is just opposite to the front desk with 1.5m apart and there is no sound proof facilities. whenever there were anyone to check in/ out in the night and early morning, we could hear very clearly. i was even awoke by the front desk guy when he was using stapler in the mid-night. we stayed 3 nights and requested to change the room. however the other option was a non air con room and so we had no choice but to stay. the staff and the manager were nice and helpful. however due to their infrastructure pbm, they could do nothing. for breakfast, just a croissant and cup of coffee from the nearby bar they provided.

The hotelroom was dirty. Lots of long black hairs everywhere including in the bed. Under the bed there were plastic bags, bottles, dust, napkins etc. Not cleaned in ages? There was a homeless person in the stairways at night that you had to step over to get to the floor of the hotel. Worst part though was that the hotel room was freezing cold. To save money they do not turn on the heating. Avoid if you can!

Don't stay here, the ac didn't work in our room at all. We were sweating in the summer heat

We are really happy about this stay. Location is very convenient, close to train station and metro lines. Totally recommend it!

Tiene aspectos a mejorar, y tiene aspectos muy positivos. A mejorar: más allá que sea un hotel de 1 estrella, las habitaciones deben estar mejor cuidadas, y aseadas, aunque tienen lo necesario. El primer día me falló el agua caliente, pero se solucionó. El personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido. Positivo: Cristiano es muy atento, amable, y servicial. Las camas son cómodas.

Don’t expect much for this property. It’s basically one room with a bathroom , one small walkway , no real lobby but a desk. All I needed is a bed and while still expensive, in Italy it was a good price. Excellent location beside the train station and buses so you can get around very easily in the city. Would stay again.

Comodo e grazioso, posizione ottimale, Fabio è cortese e disponibile per tutte le spiegazioni del caso. L' hotel ha bisogno di curare i dettagli, ma tutto sommato è davvero accogliente.

The facilities are very good, it only makes a small cooler and to make a coffee. The location for the squares is EXCELLENT

We were met by a very friendly receptionist when we arrived. He let us into our room early free of charge and explained to us everything we needed to know about Rome as first time visitors. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea (worked for me :) ). The elevator is a bit antiquated. If someone forgets to close the door properly when they get of, it will be stuck on whatever floor it’s on until the door is closed. A situation which led to us having to use the stairs on some occasions. No problem for us, but something to be aware of if you for some reason have difficulty walking to the fifth floor. All in all we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was perfectly located near the train station, only a few minutes walk. We were also easily able to walk around the old town and see all the sights which were all a very short distance away.

Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area could be improved but all in all a cheap convenient and comfortable stay.

Posizione ottima per gli spostamenti. Camere confortevoli considerato che è una stella. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno dato diversi consigli sia per gli spostamenti che per i ristoranti dove managiare. Consigliato

The walls were so thin I could hear the people living next door. There also was no working TV to use.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE A 200 METRI DALLA STAZIONE. PERSONALE MOLTO DISPONIBILE E ACCOGLIENZA FAVOLOSA. LA STANZA COMODA CON BAGNO PRIVATO E LETTO MOLTO COMODO. STANZA PULITA ED ORDINATA.
