Big clean room and staff were mostly friendly. Nice bathroom amenities. Great location by delicious local restaurants and close enough to the action to keep taxis cheap, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Bed and pillows were super hard and difficult to sleep on. Cigarette smoke would waft in if we opened windows, but air conditioning didn’t seem to be working so we needed to do so.

Zimmer sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Rooftopbar mit grandioser Aussicht und Barkeeper Willy der Hammer. Leider funktionierte der Föhn nicht, wurde aber schnell ersetzt. Dusche war der einzige Schwachpunkt. Kaum Druck und z.T. kalt.

Ett hotell att rekommendera! Personalen får högsta betyg, så trevliga och hjälpsamma, allt från personalen i receptionen, frukostmatsalen, städ till bartendern i baren på takterrassen. Bra frukost med både kalla och varma rätter. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt kvarter med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter, shopping och bra restauranger.

Our 5-night/6-day stay as a family of four was great! The staff members are FANTASTIC, especially at breakfast where the selections were always fresh and beautifully prepared. The view at breakfast from the rooftop is amazing with St. Peter’s Basilica in the background. We liked the quiet location and so relieved we didn’t book in the more touristy spots in the city which were crazy congested. We walked to most attractions easily. Also wanted to say a big thank you for the cute chocolate eggs the staff gave the children during Easter.

The staff was wonderful and we really loved their breakfast! Really beautiful view and awesome breakfast spread. The only negative thing is that we didn’t know we’d have to pay state and local taxes when we left, so that was an additional 60 Euro that no one told us about when we booked. But other than that, it was a very nice hotel and we were comfortable.

Overall our stay at the Hotel Isa was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a very large assortment of fresh items, it felt like you were eating in a restaurant. The evening cocktail bar was nice with great ambiance. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is great being close to everything. I would highly recommend this location especially for first time travellers. Overall great experience!
