저는 5박 6일 숙박했습니다 객실이 깨끗하고 넓었고 침구도 깨끗했습니다 늘 늦게 나가는 편인데도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셨어요 직원들은 정말 친절했고 특별히 조식 먹을 때나 저녁 먹을 때 레스토랑 직원들 최고였어요 직접 커피나 음료를 물어봐주고 서빙해주셨어요 오믈렛이나 프라이도 취향껏 즉석에서 조리해 주셨고 아침마다 두오모를 바라보며 따뜻한 식사 좋았습니다 저희는 저녁에 호텔에 돌아와 레스토랑에서 식사도 좋았어요 추천 드려요 인사를 후기로 대신하고 싶었어요 단점이 있다면 옆방에 누가 숙박하는지 중요해요이른 새벽부터 늦은 시간까지 TV를 틀어놓던 옆방 때문에 소음에 시달렸고 강제 기상을 했거든요 그리고 확실히 중심에서 꽤 걸어요 그러니까 어두워지면 혼자는 살짝 무서웠어요 두명 이상은 문제없어요 산타마리아노벨라 역은 8분정도 소요 되지만 우피치 미술관까진 20분을 걸어야해요 그래도 미켈란젤로 언덕까지 가는 12번 버스가 호텔 4분거리에 있어서 버스타고 편하게 갔어요 그리고 강변을 따라 걷는 게 훨씬 걷기도 길 찾기도 편합니다 제가 다시 피렌체에 온다면 꼭 다시 숙박할겁니다!! 저는 지금 로마에 있어요 피렌체에서 좋은 추억이었어요

The best hotel

Hotel KRAFT는 조식 때문에 선택했는데, 정말 멋졌어요~ 프런트 데스크 분들은 좀 불친절 했지만, 조식 레스토랑 직원분들은 너무 친절했어요~ 중앙역에서 가깝고, 대성당, 우피치 미술관도 가까워서, 다음에 피렌체를 방문하게 된다면 또 방문할 예정이에요~ 그땐 프론트 직원분들의 친절을 기대해도 되겠죠?

Every staff member were incredibly helpful and warm and friendly. Roberto in the dining room was so happy and helpful and the food outstanding! I can hardly wait to come back to Hotel Kraft and Florence!

I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal. The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. We especially enjoyed the view and fresh air from our balcony. During our stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and the most wonderful and attentive staff. It was the best way to start the day! We also had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was also very attentive and pleasant. Overall, Hotel Kraft was definitely the best choice for my family and we can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again. Thank you Hotel Kraft staff or making our stay in Florence such a wonderful experience!

Oda tertemizdi, personel nazikti. Oda çok genişti ve güzel manzaralı bir balkonu vardı. Terası inanılmaz güzel. Kesinlikle her geldiğimde burada kalacağım

The bathtub drain handle falls off, and the bathroom was unclean. Super super small room. The staff were very nice and the buffet breakfast was great.

The staff were very pleasant. The room very clean. The only comment I have is that the shower needs some TLC. There is black mold in the shower on the tile grout in many areas.

Vom Personal bis zum Zimmer, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auf persönliche Wünsche wurde vom Personal herzlich eingegangen. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Handtücher wurden jedentag gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber… das Hotel liegt ist ziemlich zentral aber doch sehr ruhig gelegen.

The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. Very comfy bed and no noise to be heard at night. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotrl Kraft!

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was huge with tub and shower. Balcony was excellent and the street was quiet, a rare thing in that part of Florence. Rooftop restaurant and bar have great views. We enjoyed the bar and the staff in the bar are great. Giving snacks with our drinks was top notch. Breakfast had lots of options and got us through much of the day. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the train and to all the major sites. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Florence and surrounding area. A fantastic experience and a place my wife and I will be returning to.

Das beste war der Ausblick von der Frühstücksterrasse. Blick über Florenz. Am Abend konnte man das Ganze als rooftop bar nutzen. Ich hätte mir mehr Heizstrahler auf der Terrasse gewünscht und statt den cantuccis zum Wein eher was salziges, oder Oliven.

I’ve been to many really nice hotels, but this really takes the price. Never ever have I met so consistent perfect service from all of the staff that I’ve met. This is a true gem and a schoolbook example on how a great hotel should be run.
