The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level

Good view& location, near the bus stop, quiet (I live in a room with balcony and jacuzzi) But the hardware are needed to be upgraded, wifi is slow, furniture is outdated, water pressure is very low, air conditioner is not cool!

飯店就在Amalfi port旁邊，緊鄰海岸，海景很美。 但飯店內部有明顯霉味，double bed卻是由兩個single bed組成。 隔音非常不好，浴室也比較昏暗老舊。

LOVED our time at this hotel so much we stayed an extra day. The rooms have so much character and the most beautiful ocean views. The location is perfect, within a couple of minutes walk to the ferry and excursions or shopping. At night the lounge upstairs was a bit loud, and the swimming area attendant wasn’t the friendliest or most attentive but we still had a blast there as a family of 5 (2 rooms).

Beautiful place ! Rooms and hotel was very clean and amazing ! Roof top bar was a favorite for night time relaxation.. breakfast was very good .

Very clean, staff is helpful, friendly. The sky lounge offers beautiful views of city skyline and ocean. Highly recommend the restaurant for dining. Very accessible to shopping, ferry dock, beaches.

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal for easy day travel. Fantastic rooftop bar to enjoy an aperitif and great dining options near by. Highly recommend staying here for a vacation and hope to do so again myself!

Hotel La Bussola, is a wonderful and unique property. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. The views from the room with balconies are simply awe inspiring, with direct vistas of the ocean and the small boats it was for us the best way to start our morning and to end our evenings. The most practical thing was that its location allows you to go out into town and walk back to your room without any hassle of having to climb hundreds of steps. Francesca on staff was just amazing, she is genuinely kind and very helpful to us during the time we spent at the hotel. The cleaning staff were truly very talented, taking cleanliness to another level and with a smile. We would definitely return to Hotel La Bussola! We spent 6 days there as our base and in total stayed 11 days in the region.

Very good hotel and excellent location. Just a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Only complaint is the WiFi. Our roaming data worked well than the WiFi in the hotel! Excellent and fresh breakfast!
