We highly recommend Hotel Locarno! Every member of the staff was cheerful and kind and we were always met with a smile. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. The hotel was in immaculate condition and very comfortable. We used the gym daily and were impressed with the weights and machines as well as the free bottled water and Gatorade. We opted to add the breakfast on to our stay and it was fabulous! Cooked to order each morning. The omelettes and French toast were particularly good. With so much to offer and worth every cent, I don’t know why you’d stay anywhere else. Grazie, Hotel Locarno! We’ll be back!

Great service and staff wonderful property!

The staff at Hotel Locarno was friendly and super efficient. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, great wait staff.

Wonderful and cozy hotel with excellent service, friendly and helpful reception staff, in a great location. Food is also amazing and complementary breakfast is the real deal, freshly made plates (no mediocre buffet). Love it, will definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

An iconic hotel with a storied and most deserved reputation. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly, and helpful: reception, restaurant and bar (impressive Sazerac cocktail). My wife adored the old caged elevator. Our corner room was well appointed, modern but still charming, and immaculate. Somewhat noisy since it fronted the street, but traffic was very light. Our visit to Rome was made extra special by Hotel Locarno.

Amazing!

This is a lovely, boutique type hotel. The service was excellent and we had a very nice time. The location is very quiet (especially for the area) yet walkable and central. This is an antique type hotel in terms of its furnishings - just be aware that there is not a lot of storage in the room (small tables, armoire, etc) so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. This certainly adds to the lovely ambience. The bathroom was very large, however, with excellent amenities, including a hairdryer with a surprising amount of power for a hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and included in our rate which was a great bonus and very value-added. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
