Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Check in was fine and staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Had limited options but were able to accomodate my wife who was gluten intolerant. Overall stay was ok. Rooms were clean but out dated.

Room standard is more like sub-3 star quality, not 4 star

The hotel has a good location, and it has a nice boutique feel. Staff, particularly Francisco, was very helpful.

Breakfast was great. Staff at the restaurant was great. Room is definitely not a 4 star level.

The downstairs of the hotel has been updated and is presentable. The room ls are terrible as they are dated and in need of modernisation. Despite stating travelling with a child no extra bed was made up and there are glass side tables which nearly got smashed. No coffee/tea making facilities at all in the room which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was comfortable and in good location. Staff were really helpful booming taxis and offering suggestions for food locally.

Fint hotell med bra resepsjons- og fellesområder både ute og inne. Veldig bra frokost. Rommet vårt var i den gamle delen av hotellet og var av gsnske enkel standard. Litt langt til sentrum og minimum 10 min gange til nærmeste t-banestasjon.

Nice place to stay near the Milan train station. Room was spacious and location was convenient.

Hotel com localização ruim, muito distante de qq transporte publico. Quarto pequenos com camas muito pequenas . Banheiro muito pequeno tb. Café da manhã bem mediano.

Hotellet lå litt utenfor de sentrale områdene, men 10 min å gå til metro. Område var stille og rolig og noen hyggelige restauranter og kafeer i nærheten. Helt ok rom, litt harde senger, god frokost og mulighet for baggasje oppbevaring ifm utsjekk.

Personalmente me ha parecido un hotel muy coqueto ,con un personal muy atento y amable La habitacion muy limpia y comoda ,con calefaccion que la hacia muy confortable. Y el desayuno ,que lo considero muy importante ,para mi ,excelente.Yo repetiria en este hotel por la relacion calidad/precio,sin duda.

Very efficient staff and spacious rooms

Nice hotel with large room and two balcony’s. The bed was too hard for our liking, but other than that nothing to complain about. Nice breakfast too!

I had a bad experience for many reasons. When checking into the hotel, I was informed that I had to pay extra for a larger room to accommodate a guest that I tried repeatedly to inform them about in advance despite the fact that was not provided on first night and not until well into the second day when they had left. Both rooms were small and were very old. Compared to other hotels in which I stayed in Italy, this was far from 4-star hotel despite its price and the expenses they add on arrival. As a young woman, the area around the hotel did not feel safe in the dark. (Someone drove next to me to make sure I got to the hotel safely when I made the mistake of thinking to walk home from the closest Metro.) I would not recommend to family or friends traveling to Milan.

Overall bra, men luktade avlopp varje gång man spolade vilket inte var det trevligaste samt att personalen vid frukosten inte var speciellt trevlig eller serviceminded. Utöver det, bra läge, stort rymligt rum, stort badrum mm.

Très bel hotel très propre et confortable. Chambre et lit spacieux. Excellent buffet petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement proche du métro.
