只係得方便一樣好處。房間wifi唔掂、房間又細、走廊人行過會吵。朝早個女receptionist唔多有禮貌。bell boy收完tips覺得少會打量你。唔建議入住。

Misled by the receptionist, extra city tax was needed to be pay. So disappointed.

The hotel's location is great, facing the grand canal, and romantic open-air restaurant right in front. It's right near Bridge Realto, about the center of Venice.Within walking distance to St Marco Basilica(about 15 mins). The staffs are friendly and the area is safe and energetic!

早餐非常豐盛 工作人員親切 房間寬敞又典雅，唯一缺點是旅館沒有電梯⋯而且若是不坐水上計程車到飯店的話，要提著行李走過里亞多橋會有點辛苦⋯

good hospitality, however room is small. very good location, just next to Riato bridge. will recommend you to take waterbus (No. 2) from Santa Lucia station if with big luggege. The tourist office staff told us that it only takes 10 minites by walk from station to the hotel, but Venice is a water city with too many bridges, it's not possible to walk with luggege in Venice!

Don’t have elevator, luggage up and down the stairs.

Airco maakt veel en frequent onverwachte geluiden (geen monotoon geluid) dit is hinderlijk vooral ‘s nachts tijdens het slapen. Bereid je voor op trappen lopen vooral als de kamer op 4 hoog zit. Kamers zijn gehorig.

This hotel is right on the grand canal. Perfect for water travel from the airport. The staff were very polite and helpful.

毎晩、ベッドで寝ている間にトコジラミに刺されました。枕元に電気式の虫除けがあり蚊がでるのかと思っていたのですが、まさかのトコジラミで痒みとその治療、荷物や衣類の消毒などとても大変な経験をしました。宿泊される際はベッドや部屋にトコジラミやその糞などがないかを確認されてください。間違って家に持ち帰ってしまうと大変な事になりますよ。あとエレベーターがないので毎日出掛ける時の階段の登り降りで足腰がパンパンになりました。もう2度と泊まる事はないです。

The location is great, next to the Rialto bridge and minutes walking to any point in Venice. We got the standard room so it was abit tight. Breakfast provided is ok. Lower floor is noisy from foot traffic and restaurants next to the hotel. If you are planning on a transfer to and from the airport to the hotel, be very specific on asking for direct private water taxi only service. By default the hotel arrange a car pickup then transfer to water taxi both ways and this will add at least another 20 plus minutes to your journey.

“I stayed at Hotel Marconi in Venice and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, my iPhone went missing from my luggage which was stored at the hotel. The last known location of the phone shows it was at the hotel property. When I contacted the hotel, instead of helping, they denied responsibility and did not cooperate in investigating the issue. I also contacted Hotels.com, but they simply redirected me back to the hotel without any support. This is not about luxury or room size — it’s about safety and customer care. When something serious happens, a hotel should at least show concern and try to help. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Travelers should be cautious.”

The best thing this hotel can offer to you is the location close to the Vaporretto Rialto stop. You have to cross the Rialto bridge to catch a water bus going either direction. It is super conveniently located. The room I stayed was clean. The breakfast they serve was very good. I enjoyed it very much. Although the hotel itself is not new, it is quite acceptable considering the location.

100% would recommend and will be coming back! The room and bathroom was immaculate- absolutely spot less! Amazing view and location of the canal and bridge. Walkable to sight. The staff went above and beyond to make this stay comfortable for us.

The hotel can use an update and room is tight for a family of 4. Travelling during shoulder months means there is no A/C and room was very hot. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and location is perfect but it is located in a very busy area so expect crowds and street noise from the room.
