The “popular amenities” that this hotel claims to have are either extremely underwhelming or simply do not exist. First, while the hotel claims to have Wifi in every room, the network only works in the lobby and loses connection once you reach the third floor of rooms. We ironically had better connection to the wifi at the restaurant in the hotel beside this one then we did in our room. Second, there is no laundry service at the hotel, despite what the listing says. This was extremely disappointing as we stayed here because of this as a way to wash clothes halfway through our trip. The “pool” the hotel advertises is really more of a still public fountain that hasn’t been cleaned, as there was significant grime and dirt on the walls of the pool that made it too dirty to even try and go in. The window in our room did not close, which meant we had to listen to the sounds of cars go by on the road as if we were sleeping on the highway. When combined with the beds being extremely uncomfortable, it made it very difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nella camera ho trovato la tazza del wc che non era fissata bene a terra, senza piatto doccia e tante formiche in giro per la camera.

A szálloda nagyon tiszta és a személyzet nagyon segítőkész. Kb 15 perces sétára van a tengertől. Bussszal 5 perc ami negyed óránként jár. Szerencsére nem a főúton a tenger látszik a teraszról.

La struttura non merita le 3 stelle. Solo la posizione è buona, per il resto è da evitare.

Sono appena tornata dal mio soggiorno a Ischia. Doveva essere inizialmente solo per tre notti ma poi vista la convenienza l'ottima accoglienza e la bellezza di Ischia , con i nostri budget limitati abbiamo propungato di una notte la vacanza. L'albero offre preZzi convenienti e un servizio buono per chi non ha pretese. Le camere sono semplici ma accomodanti non ha sofisticate se ma è abbastanza pulito le asciugamani sono cambiare tutti i giorni e la colazione e decisamente e abbondante. Ottima la reception: Katia e Biagio sono stati degli amici per davvero !!!! Disponibili al 300 per cento/ l'albergo e proprio accanto alla fermata del bus. E lungo la via per la baia del sorgeto . Offre un servizio navetta per due spiagge incluso nel prezzo . Unica pecca il climatizzatore che non ce nelle camere ! Sono troppo troppo contenta di quest esperienza
