Chambre sans chauffage et il faisait froid, il a fallu changer de chambre pour avoir un peu de confort Cet hôtel est bonne pour une nuit entre 2 comme pour aller prendre l’avion. Le secteur n’est pas terrible non plus.

There is no AC. It’s difficult to speak in English and impossible in French with the man at the reception. The room was okay, little shower. The breakfast was okay. Overall it’s a good place to transition from the airport.

The room and place was ok and average, BUT, the service and directions were the worst! We were given directions when we arrived which was way too late. Never got instructions about parking and as a result have 3 tickets. We booked this two weeks ahead of time and this nonsense of not communicating these essential things is highly unacceptable. Also, the "mother" knocked on our door asking if we were coming to breakfast. We got to bed around 2am, so don't knock on our door, we're not little children!

When we arrived, we tried to arrange for the airport shuttle the next morning but were told that it was not available to us. She booked a cab for us, but it cost $25 euros for the ride even though it was as $20 from the airport to the hotel. She couldn’t explain why and the cab driver wanted only cash. Thank goodness we had enough left to cover it. The room was small but clean and had a sweet little patio outside the back. Plenty of hot water for much needed showers and a bar next door for the last spritz of our trip! I suggest checking the bulbs in the room as many were super dim or burned out. All in all, nothing to rave about but still a good value for the price.

Unfriendly check in. Despite paying in advance for the room, you have to pay the city tax in cash .. which was very frustrating after a long day of travelling. You literally have to roam the streets to find an ATM (plus you’re charged for withdrawing cash). The hotel smells consistently and I had to keep the window open throughout the duration of my stay. Room is basic to say the least. Positive is that it’s close to the airport and central Venice.

Out date family owen hotel shower is very small 30"x18" you cant move in it. I had to turn off the water opend the doors of the shower to be able to put soap and shower need soap holder. and the bed spread was little update and looks dirty. the breakfast was good and the front desk people where nice.

This place was okay. It was dated, very small showers, but the a/c and wifi worked well. We stayed here because it’s 5km from the airport, but there was no shuttle and taxis charge 20-25 euros so it wasn’t that convenient as an airport hotel after all.

Aircondition specific to room 307 was not working. Other room we had was freezing (room 302). Staff did not have any fan to let for us and no ice in the building for provision. Very convenient if traveling to Venezia/airport/tronchetto bus stop because bus stop is very near.

It seems that the hotel is family owned / run. To start with the room is extremely small to the point where you can not bring a regular size suitcase. There is no place to put and open it without turning yourself into an athlete able to jump, lift or close every time you want to move inside the room. Not a clean room either but, no hotel in Italy was clean - to their defense. The bathroom is not suited for adults. So small that each time you move / turn, you change the water settings. You either turn it off, extremely hot or extremely cold - there is nothing in between. The worst part of this hotel was the staff. The husband was OK, the daughter was great but the mom has no place in customer service. We spent 3 nights here and tried to be nice. We did not request service at all except for the last night when we asked for a new set of towels. The mom was handling the front desk and refused to give us a new set - even pretended not to understand what we were asking for. When the daughter tried to translate, she started to yell at the daughter not to give us the towels because we will check out the next day anyway - not knowing we understand the language. NOT good customer service and extremely unprofessional, even though we did not ask for anything during entire stay. BTW, they are not Italian either...
