Room was very nice and clean. We had the luxury room and room had three large beds. Beautiful updated and spacious bathroom. The breakfast started at 8 and since we had an excursion and had to leave early we didnt get to psrtake. We arrived at 840pm and had difficulty getting in and doorbell didnt work. Luckily our lyft driver helped us and called and someone came and opened up

Staff was great however rooms were out dated, dingy, dirty, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Moldy bathroom, dust bunnies under the beds. Drain was clogged water didn't drain in the bathtub or sink. My kids wanted to leave right away. Not worth $350 per night more like one star hotel!

The shower in the room that we had was difficult to use without getting the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. It is a handheld shower head but the door to keep the water in the tub was not efficient. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit older, but the AC worked well and it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and gelato. Close enough to the major sites that even the kids could walk most places and accessing transit was easy for further places.
