We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco (hence the name of the hotel), The Last Supper painting, also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, including a spectacular Starbucks Reserve. Staff was welcoming and spoke good English too. Price for the suite was a little high for February, but this was during the Olympics and the location and amenities were worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay in Milan in great part also due to this lovely hotel.

Ubicación excelente, habitaciones limpias. Únicamente que el clima no lo podíamos controlar nosotros (estaba a 26 ºC) y a pesar de que lo bajábamos se volvía a poner en 26, por lo que tuvimos que abrir la ventana a pesar de la lluvia .
También vivimos algo extraño, al llegar en recepción a hacer el check-in prácticamente nos enviaron a nuestro cuarto sin regresarnos nuestros pasaportes. La señorita, muy amable eso sí, nos pidió que volviéramos más tarde por nuestros pasaportes lo que no nos dió mucha confianza.

We were upgraded to a suite room which was nice, however, the room smelled like it used to be a smoker room at some point. The facilities are fairly older and room outdated. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Staff was super nice and the location excellent. Breakfast was decent with tasty pastries.
