El baño muy limpio. Slolo hay que tener cuidado
Con la regadera que sale muy fuerte y baña a quien abra la puerta sin fijarse, tengan cuidado de no quemarse. La presión es muy fuerte.

We have just completed a 7 week trip to Europe and have stayed at 7 different hotels and Hotel Minerva tops them all.Location is perfect and the staff was amazing.They were very helpful and friendly which we appreciated.Always nice to stay at a place that offers breakfast and rest assured you will enjoy a wide variety of offerings.

從火車站(上車地點在火車站對面的商場，乘電梯到負二層)乘坐巴士四個站左右，約10分鐘就可以到達酒店。從酒店行5-10分鐘就到達舊城的巴士站，在這裡可以坐巴士去San Gimignano等。這裡附近也有Conad超級市場。然後再行15分鐘左右就到達舊城中心，貝殼廣場。火車站內的超級市場貨品款式也很齊全。
酒店的早餐豐富，還可以請職員提供手沖咖啡。

Efficient check in, staff were friendly and accommodating when they put us in a room that had yet to be cleaned. Clearly some but not all rooms have been renovated/updated based on website photos as both rooms we went into were less appealing then hospital rooms - very unfortunate as we were expecting much nicer and were surprised by the difference presented on the website versus what we actually received.

We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.
