The Hotel Minerva is one of my favorite places we stayed while touring Italy. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and enormous compared to most of the cities we visited, and it was only a 5ish minute cab ride to the train station.
Close enough to the historical center that you can get to the churches and Medici fortress within 30-45 minutes at a leisurely pace.
The included breakfast had many options, and I would recommend heading downstairs to the restaurant for at least one of your meals while in Arezzo though you may want to set a reservation during peak travel season since it seems many locals also enjoy the restaurant.
Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Arezzo in the future.

Dopo 13 anni che soggiorno al Minerva,
quando vengo ad Arezzo, ho notato un peggioramento nella qualità della colazione, in rapporto qualità prezzo. Però lo consiglio sempre.
