The hotel was just ok. The rate should be half of what we paid.

A wonderful hotel, very clean, not far from the sea, great breakfast options and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful but special thanks to Federica who had great knowledge of the local area how to get to different places and things to see. She was also very helpful with arranging our travel back to the airport .

We booked this hotel last minute on our travel back to France from Venice and we are SO happy we found it. The staff were wonderful and attentive and helpful. The terrace and pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea and a small gym. The morning breakfast was beautiful and generous and the garden patio we sat in was beautiful. We wish we could stay longer but will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and making this stay so memorable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we had a cute balcony with a view as well. Air conditioning worked great. Very easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I don’t often take time to write reviews but this hotel very much deserved it. Thank you thank you :) we will definitely be back and will be staying much longer.

Hotel Minerva is perfectly located for walking into town to the shops and restaurants but also away from the noise set a few streets back. The staff at the hotel are just amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good selection to choose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here (and I am a fussy guest!)

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Staff very helpful. in a convenient position. Parking the car in the garage was really good. Breakfast was extremely good. Definitely would recommend.

Hôtel bien situé, possédant un parking privé fermé. La petite chambre est suffisante et pratique. Le personnel est à l’écoute et parle français. Plusieurs petits bars dans le village ,mention spéciale au Sabot. Aller à Portofino à pied (5 km plat) en longeant la côte permet de profiter de beaux paysages et de découvrir le village de belle manière. Le retour à Santa Margherita en bateau est une bonne option. Personnellement j’ai préféré loger à Santa Margherita et aller à Portofino que l’inverse . Portofino est très esthétique, un décor de cinéma, mais tout petit, les tarifs sont plus élevés et il y a énormément de touristes. Mais c’est incontournable !

The staff at Hotel Minerva was fabulous. They went above and beyond to help us, recommending places for all sorts of activities. The breakfast served in the garden, had lots of variety and was delicious.

Lovely, cosy hotel. The reception staff is amazingly efficient and attentive. Bed is very comfortable, kettle and iron were given on request. Pleasant descent from the hotel to the main road with beaches and restaurants. I will choose this hotel again for a solo or a couple stay.

Hotel Minerva is a prime example of how a perfect hotel should be. Amazing breakfast with alot to choose from, amazing service, close to restaurants and Portofino/Rapallo/Cinque terre. The cleaning is excellent, AC is good. Hotel Minerva is without a doubt where I would be staying when I come back. Recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you very much Frederika & co.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist hervorragend geführt, alles perfekt sauber und gewartet. Sie sind sofort auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen, da wir Mobilfunk-Strahlungssensibel sind. Wermutstropfen waren die Corona-(FAKE)- Massnahmen, die dem Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet erlauben und ihnen und den Gästen damit unendlich viel Aufwand und Mühe bereiten.

This is a terrific little hotel nestled upon a small hill just off the main road. It's very close to shops and restaurants and has wonderful amenities. The staff is exceptional and very attentive. I would guess that this may be a family ran hotel as the apartment in the courtyard is home to one of the terrific employees we met. The roof top spa is a MUST after a long day of walking/hiking. We walked to Portofino and hiked the Cinque Terra using this hotel as our base and the sauna, steam room and essential oil infused shower was a life saver. It's free to guests and just requires a reservation the day of. The spa experience was icing on the cake! Breakfast was perfect, nothing too fancy, just all the right stuff to get you started for the day. Again, the staff was always helpful and attentive. Our room was comfortable yet small as most are in the area. We had a little terrace overlooking the courtyard and surrounding homes on the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!
