I didn't like the room, it wasn't well maintained. The curtains were slightly dirty, the bathroom was quite small, the remote was broken, the sink got clogged even though we hardly used it and never put anything down it, and the nearby vending machine sometimes didn't work. However, I did enjoy the workers there, they were friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

The room was fine for one night, but the air conditioner did not work all that well and the room really felt humid.

We had TWO reservations that were made hours apart. No one was able to resolve that problem, but we did have a room. Please refund me for the second reservation. Thanks

Enkel og effektiv innsjekk, og hyggelig personale som bidro til en god start på oppholdet. Hotellet passet fint for en overnatting før hjemreise. Vi hadde opprinnelig booket et familierom, men dette var dessverre ikke tilgjengelig ved ankomst. Personalet løste situasjonen raskt ved å tilby et superior-rom med en ekstra seng. Mens vi ventet på at rommet skulle bli klargjort, fikk vi servert vann i lobbyen og ventet bare en kort stund. Ved utsjekk hjalp resepsjonen oss med å bestille taxi, som kom raskt og tok oss til flyplassen på under fem minutter. Alt i alt et greit og serviceinnstilt hotellopphold.

The pillows on our bed had dirt stains on them, the shower was clogged and immediately filled up with water, the elevator was in poor condition and seemed as if it could use repair. The staff was very nice and helped the check in go smoothly but we were not impressed with the facility. Would not stay here again.

Location was good for the airport. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms were extremely outdated. In desperate need of a renovation. The elevator would only fit 2 suitcases and maybe 1 person. Nothing in the surrounding areas

Nice staff and location of hotel is very convenient to airport. Nice breakfast. As soon as you come into hotel though there is a pungent smell that is also noticeable in rooms. Once we were at the airport the next morning, I noticed bed bug bites ( three bites in a row on my arm).

Pessimo hotel, de 4 estrelas nao tem nada nada mesmo, sujo, fedido, as fotos não condizem com a realidade. Pernelongo não nos deixaram dormir, cafe da manhã horrível, nada do que tinha nas fotos. Muito longe de tudo. Sinceramente algo muito caro p muito pouco, da viagem toda pela Europa, este foi o pior hotel.

There is no shuttle service provided by them as mentioned on website . Misrepresentation on the website. I was ready to pay but the female staff was very very rude when I ask them about misrepresentation on website about the shuttle service. They don’t even let me talk to manager. And one black lady at front desk refused to hold my bag until my checkin time. Was very very rude. They spoiled my vacation.

Unfriendly guest officer and no hot water for tea, thermos for boiling water. Hot water for 2 euros and no proper ventilation.

Decent hotel, large room with balcony. Good breakfast buffet.

Wonderful hotel! Super close to airport for early departure! Can't beat Hotel Mirage. Cab to airport arrived so fast. Just stay here.

The hotel is too dirty, the air conditioning doesn't cool and too many swavers inside the room, I've never been to a hotel as bad as this, it says it's 4* but it will be one of the Bad

It was a fine hotel for one night before leaving on a flight. Close to airport. Very friendly staff. But I had a noise party going on and traffic noise. So needing to get up at 430 am was hard. Plus I am glad I set an alarm because the wake up call never came. I would have missed my flight.
