Personnel aux petits soins. Belle chambre avec une super vue. L'emplacement au centre est idéal. Par contre, garer la voiture est compliqué.

Wonderful stay - great staff , comfortable room and bed. Lovely views. So convenient - in the middle of The pedestrian zone, with restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend !

Amazing location, right in the heart of pretty Rapello. Lovely hotel and super clean rooms! Walked to the shops/restaurants - even at night it was so relaxing and easy. We took to boat in front of the hotel to Portofino for 10 euros and returned by bus.. all very easy, just follow the crowd :-). ALL the staff at the hotel were wonderful, from breakfast to dinner, from checkin to checkout…We were made to feel like family and at home! Breakfast had more than enough choices included plus additional options such as avocado toast and salmon etc. If you wanted more! We will be back Thank you!

Ausreichend großes nettes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Der Retrostyle-Lift ist sehr originell… unser Hund war hier auch sehr willkommen…

If you like loud music until midnight on a Sunday, this is the place. Our room overlooked the open area below and we were surprised by the disco/rave style music that started at 10pm. Was like it was in the room. We arrived and luckily I had a few Lysol wipes because I felt like our room could use a deep clean. The pocket door for the bathroom had all kinds of yucky spots that easily came off after I wiped it down. The steam towel rack looked like it had never been cleaned. The hotel is dated, which was somewhat expected, but again, not very clean. Overall we enjoyed our visit, but would choose a different property. The restaurant was amazing, food was exceptional and the staff were all top notch. The Sea view was unbeatable.

Very good hotel, service. No better location, close to everything. Rooms not very big. You pay a lot for the location. Public entertainment, bands, disco, other demonstrations is immediately next door until midnight. Not quiet in the evenings. This was late August, and I cannot speak to other times of the year. The clientele are mostly of the well-to-do type. No pool, no fitness center. Public beach a short walk. Good breakfast included, some specialty items for an additional cost.

Close to train station, the ferry and the beach. Excellent shopping a d restaurant options.

The hotel was very well located, but the service was generally average. The elevator didn't work properly. The bed was two pieces pushed together and wasn't comfortable. The room was relatively small, and the bathroom didn't have enough shelves to store toiletries. When I say average service, I mean that no one helped you carry your belongings up, and you had to carry them up three flights of stairs. However, the breakfast service was very efficient, as was the staff.

The hotel is very well located, right in front of the marina. The restaurant is good and the staff are very friendly.”
