Helpful staff Clean and comfortable room

This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!

This hotel was great! Very clean room and great service from the staff. Parking was just up the road in a safe location.

This is a large, newer hotel, 10 minutes walk to the square. Staff was very helpful in assisting us to find travel between small towns to visit.

This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center.

Brilliant customer service - very kind and accommodating and helpful

In walking distance of the main sights and plenty of dining options. We were travelling off season so practically had the hotel to ourselves but that didn’t stop them stocking a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms very clean and front desk staff very helpful. Parking easy in their own secure lot.

This is at least our fifth visit to the hotel. It is functional but basic. Minimal products supplied in the room. The staff members are friendly and welcoming and show recognition. The breakfast is lacking in fresh produce. L’Attico restaurant is good

Good staff hotel needs some minor updates to be a 4 star

This property was conveniently located to the historic center of Ostuni. They had parking available very close by. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast has a large assortment and everything was fresh and delicious. The room is a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel. Very helpful staff, nice rooms and only a ten minute walk to the heart of the old town. Very good restaurant within the hotel and superb breakfast every morning. Overall, a very good choice.

The property offers different pictures than the reality. The room was located in a kind of extension of the hotel, it was under average (price/experience) I don’t recommend this place. The restaurante was ok (good food/wine).

Helpful staff

The staff could not be nicer, The room had an issue when I arrived (smoke from previous occupants)and they sorted the problem immediately with an upgrade. The value is very good as the location is excellent. It is outside the old town but that surprisingly is lovely as the old town was so busy. The only negative is the food. Breakfast has a huge choice but quality poor. Under ripe fruit, orange juice from concentrate, it would be better to reduce options but serve better quality food. Dining hall uncomfortably hot, No air conditioning except one standing fan in a very large room.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a stunning view of Ostuni from the gorgeous rooftop patio!

The hotel was great, walking distance to the City center. It has parking very close. Our room was in front of a busy street so it was a bit noisy with traffic.
